The Space:

The building has been remodeled into a distinctive 4 apartment complex, blending modern design with timeless charm. Using a colorful palette and natural materials; polished colored cement, stone, and high-quality custom wood furniture crafted exclusively for the apartments; each space feels both elegant and inviting. In select areas, the original floors have been beautifully preserved, adding character and a sense of history to every apartment.



The building comfortably welcomes up to 11 guests, offering the perfect setting for sharing special moments together. Casa AltaVista features five beautifully designed, air-conditioned bedrooms and one small room, thoughtfully arranged with one king-size bed, three queen-size beds, one double bed, and one single bed to ensure comfort for every guest.



The property also includes five modern bathrooms, two of which are enhanced by stunning skylights with double-height domes that fill the space with natural light. Fully equipped kitchen areas, warm and inviting dining spaces, and comfortable lounge areas create an atmosphere that feels both refined and welcoming.



The house features a stunning terrace with breathtaking views of the mountains and the city, perfect for relaxing or gathering with loved ones. It also includes a convenient laundry room, a comfortable lounge area, and a spacious dining area that seats up to 11 guests, ideal for sharing meals and creating memorable moments together.

Azul / Blue unit is an elegant suite featuring air conditioning, a luxurious king-size bed, and a full bathroom enhanced by a stunning double-height skylight. The suite also includes a fully equipped kitchen and a private terrace, creating the perfect space to relax and enjoy your stay in comfort and style.



Rojo / Red Unit is a stylish and welcoming apartment designed for comfort and ease. It features air conditioning in two of the bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, plus a cozy single bed in a smaller bedroom. The apartment offers two full bathrooms, one highlighted by a beautiful double-height skylight that fills the space with natural light, along with a convenient dressing room and a fully equipped kitchen. Thoughtfully designed and full of character, this unit provides the perfect setting for a comfortable, functional, and truly memorable stay.



Amarillo / Yellow unit is a charming and cozy apartment designed for comfort and convenience. It features air conditioning in the bedroom, a comfortable double bed, a private full bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen.



Blanco / White unit is a bright and inviting ground-floor apartment, designed for comfort and convenience. It features air conditioning in the bedroom, a queen-size bed, a private bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen area, and a private interior patio, perfect for relaxing.



Each apartment at Casa AltaVista is thoughtfully designed with custom multifunctional furniture to maximize space while keeping everything stylish and comfortable. The kitchen areas are fully equipped with a gas stove at the Azul unit, electric grills in the other untis, and high-quality utensils and appliances, perfect for preparing meals just like at home.

My goal is to create special experiences and memorable moments during your stay at Casa AltaVista. That’s why, upon arrival, each apartment comes with a Welcome Kit featuring freshly ground specialty Oaxacan coffee and dehydrated fruits from Café Punto Paz, bottled water, and sparkling water. A jug of drinking water is also provided so you can refill your bottles and stay refreshed throughout your stay.
