âFoxwood House is a historic building with the main house and several out buildings. I had originally booked Coach House. we arrived in the dark (cause it sets early here) and basically just unpacked, exhausted from long flight.
TV was not working so the manager moved us to Onze Emmie suite. WOW loved it. had a lovely patio we enjoyed. large room, large bathroom.the surrounding area is very wild with flowers and vines and walking paths. I'm sure people could find fault with it but I loved the 2...

âIt is a very eclectic hotel with unique lounging areas on the different floors. Staff were great and breakfast was good. There was an issue with no curtains or shades on the door to one of the balconies in our room but being on the 3rd floor mitigate any exposure. We will definitely stay again if we are ever in Johannesburg again â
âWell run facility. We stayed as a 2+2 family in the room with a double bedroom and bunk-bed in the lounge-kitchen-diner area. It was good to have this extra space and flexibility. Games room was a hit with the kids. Local restaurants/cafes are fine. Eastgate Mall is 1 mile away and safely walkable in daytime. Manager offers transfers in his car. Definitely recommend. (We went to SCI-BONO on one day which is the best science museum we've ever been to and great value.)â
âHad a great time at angel guest house. We wish to thank all the staff we remember the great time we had with you all. We greatly thanks the general manager for everything he did for us. The only issue we had a heat at night it was hot even with the fan. See you all next time guysâ

Just that we did not get house keeping unfortunately and we did not recieve extra towels.
