Amazing House Near Rainbow Springs and World Equestrian Center

This the perfect stay if you are looking to get out of the city and relax. Our house sits on a 1-acre lot, cul-de-sac, surrounded by beautiful trees. Our house was decorated with love as we love to come and enjoy all the fun activities that are close to us. This is a 1992 mobile home that we have work hard to remodel and update little by little, might not be a brand-new perfect house, but this is our imperfect perfect home and we will love to share it with all of you.

House Rules:
We want you to have an amazing time during your stay at our home, but there are some house rules to follow:
1. Make sure to not play any loud music or make any loud noises outside after 11PM. We are far apart from our neighbors; we just want to be respectful of our surroundings. (Say Hi to them when you see them, they are very friendly)
2. Our water comes from a well, we chlorinate to treat our water in a 275-gallon tank for any of your use. The Chlorine level is very low, but we ask to not drink the water just as a precaution.
a. Please try to be mindful of the water usage. Do not leave any faucets open when not in use.
3. Door/Windows: make sure to keep the doors/windows closed every time you go outside or come inside. It will help keep any uninvited insects outside during your stay.
(Leaving doors and windows open while the A/C is on, it will make the A/C run for too long and possible damage to unit might occur).
4. Bathroom usage: Our property is equipped with a septic tank, please make sure not to flush any toilet paper, wipes, etc. when using the toilet.
a. Any clogs due to not following directions will have to be covered at the guest expense to correct the issue. No smoking is allowed on property!
5. There are tortoises and some holes around the property. Feel free to check them out and leave some food for them (they love fruits and vegetables). They get scared easily, trying to grab them might get you hurt. They are protected by the FWC.
