Located in Ocala, this enchanting barndominium style studio is a dream. Enjoy open spaces, country stylings, modern touches, cozy loft sleeping and sitting areas, and breathtaking views of grand oaks and horse farms.

This space is brand new to the vacation rental market, and is the sister property to our other more established 5-star studio apartment. It is the creative vision of a working musician/builder, and a world champion dancer. Choose to just stay and absorb the calm. Or as an option -- we offer our guests the opportunity to learn to dance, or to create a special performance for yourself! (Please inquire for more information.)

The space
We're situated on a 3 acre property in the heart of Ocala's horse country. A generally upscale area, with beautiful mature grandaddy oaks draped in mesmerizing Spanish moss surround us.

As lifelong artists, (a dancer and a musician), we created the kind of space that we dreamt of all of our lives. It's a wonderfully liveable space that also doubles
as a studio. The perfect place to zen out and create! Or just plain zen out...

A cozy loft style bedroom featuring a queen bed and adjacent sitting area, overlooks an expansive open wooden dance floor complete with a working mirror ball!

The downstairs space includes a lovely living room area with a large flat screen tv, sound system and a cushy queen size sofa bed, allowing guests to unwind in comfort. As an extra, feel free to make use of the mood lighting and mirror ball to create your own private dance hall setting at night and have a slow dance with your honey!

The ensuite bathroom offers a refreshing shower , and ample space for toiletries. And, ever miss that full size mirror in a hotel room? Well this space has them in the studio area. And ample closet space and luggage racks to unpack.

There is a large kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, as well as both a brewed coffee machine and an expresso machine. We also offer a gas grill just outside the kitchen area, which is available to guests.

The space also has a large, covered wooden deck with seating. A perfect place to enjoy the winter sun, or late afternoon breezes in the warmer months.

Guests of this space will also have access to onsite pool and hot tub, just across the yard.

In addition, general amenities like heating, WiFi, and AC ensure a fantastic stay

We still call it a "barndominium", but in reality, it is anything but, as the photos show. Our concepts for this space were to create a light and airy atmosphere, maximizing the abundant natural light, whilst also creating a coziness, with the New York loft styling of the sleeping and upper lounging areas.
Spanning almost 1700 square feet, with 3 separate sitting and living areas, it comfortably accommodates guests and provides different atmospheres both day and night to cater to your every mood.

Full AC and heating from the 4 independent head split system will keep you comfortable any time of year. On demand instant and endless hot water too.

Whilst the property can readily accommodate more people, we're inclined to limit this space to a two-person environment, though we're happy to consider requests for additional people.
