“Came up to Marshfield from Florida to celebrate the holidays with our children and their families. I can’t say enough about the house. It was perfect. We’ve rented many homes and none of them came with a kitchen equipped as well as this one. House was clean, plenty of linens, beautiful washer and dryer. They even had spare toothbrushes in case you forgot yours. Owner was very accommodating. Responded immediately when I reached out with any questions. We will be renting this house again.”

“Rented home for a wedding at the Pine Hills. Very close to venue. Downtown a little further drive.Home was clean and well equipped with a spectacular view of Cape Cod Bay!’ Owners were easy to communicate with and check-in was seamless.Only one ding the gas fire pit on deck is probably ready for replacement. It is functional but on its last legs.Overall would rent again.”

“Very neat and clean with plenty of space for a couple to just hang out and relax and enjoy the outdoor space. Especially enjoyed the fire pit off of the deck and the comfortable outdoor seating overlooking the ocean. ”

“Hotellet var under renovering vilket mest syntes på att dörrarna saknade färg :-) Stort rum med bra sängar! En lite notis, eftersom hotellet inte hade dagstidningar vid frukosten låg den en iPad mini på varje bord för kunderna :-)”

“We have stayed at the bungalows previously. It’s always been a great experience. The house has just what we needed for a short stay. The Mayflower had the perfect space for a family of 3 to visit the beach. Kitchen was a great size and well stocked. The property owner has always been nearby and responsive when we needed something. It’s great that you get two off street parking spots.”

“distance to the beach was a short 4 minute walk.. property and bungalow was extremely clean and well maintained. It was a delight to meet the hosts..”

“The beds were extremely comfortable and the AC was powerful. The private beach was nice when it was accessible. The stairs leading down to it were very shaky and felt unstable. Once at the bottom you found yourself on a large rock, the only way to the beach at that point is to jump off or climb down other rocks on the side. Definitely not safe for elderly or small children. When the tide is in the beach disappears and the water comes up the stairs. ”
