Unit Features:
2 Bedrooms / 2 Bathrooms: The Owner’s Suite includes a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub/shower. The second bedroom features two full-size beds, and the guest bathroom includes a shower.
Fully Equipped Kitchen: Features granite countertops, a microwave, toaster and a Hamilton Flexbrew system (compatible with both full pots and K-cups).
Living Space: A spacious, inviting, open-floor layout
Private Patio: A large outdoor area with ample seating and a table.
Amenities: Free Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer/dryer, three TVs with cable, and provided linens and towels.
On-Site Perks: Access to a shared pool and assigned parking for one car, with overflow parking available nearby.

Please note: Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in, cannot be guaranteed, and may incur additional charges. Cleaning Fee includes fresh linen and towel service. Outdoor camera provides flood lighting and security for the gate and condo entrance.

Some Items to Bring:
Please remember to bring your own paper products (paper towels, toilet paper), toiletries, hand soap, trash bags, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, dishwashing supplies, beach gear, coffee/K-cups, and filters.

Important Policies:

Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM; check-out is at 10:00 AM.
No Pets & No Smoking: Animals are not permitted per condo rules. This is a smoke and vape-free unit; violations are subject to a $250 fee.
No Events: On-site parties or group events are strictly prohibited.
Rental Age: The minimum check-in age is 25. We do not rent to high school seniors or those booking on their behalf.
Noise Ordinance: Ocean City enforces strict noise control. Violations of local ordinances or house rules are grounds for immediate eviction without a refund.
Damage and Incidentals: The property must be left in the condition it was found. You are responsible for any damage caused by your party during the stay. By staying at the condo, you agree to notify the owner of any incidents prior to checking out.
