There is a king bed in the oceanfront master bedroom (upstairs), and a queen bed and a full bed in the 2nd bedroom (downstairs). Enjoy beautiful beach and ocean views from your oceanfront living room balcony, and watch stunning sunsets on the bay from your downstairs bedroom balcony. The condo has a full kitchen with dishwasher, a stack washer and dryer, central air, 3 flat-screen TV’s, and 1 DVD player. Just a few blocks away is a large grocery store, discount department store, and some excellent restaurants, whether you’re looking for fine dining or just a quick bite! No smoking and no pets. Parking for 1 car. Limit of 6 people. $50 Building Registration Fee due at arrival (cash or credit). You can purchase 2nd car parking spaces on a first-come first-served basis for $10 a day, a Seven night stay will be $70.. Additional parking is also available in the Municipal Parking Lot directly across the street, also for $10 a day or $50 a week.
