Welcome to Sunset Beach 109, a luxurious three-bedroom, two-bath end unit condo located in the Sunset Beach Condominiums on 46th Street. You will absolutely love the convenience of this mid-town location. You are within walking distance to the beach, dining, nightlife, shopping and activities. This Bayfront building offers a private 200 ft bayside beach with shallow water and a 125 ft pier with the most stunning sunsets in OC.

The kitchen comes fully equipped for any chef, including Kitchen Aid stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar with seating for four. Other features include 4 flatscreen TVs, with streaming services, a jetted whirlpool tub in the master bathroom, a large balcony with access from living room and master bedroom, a washer/dryer, and central A/C. This unit also offers upgrades such as a Nest thermostat, dimmable lighting, Pottery Barn furnishings, tray ceilings, hardwood & tile flooring in all main living areas and ceiling fans in the living room and all bedrooms.

It's just quick stroll to the ocean for a day of sun & surf with the whole family. Also, be sure to take advantage of the amenities this property has to offer. Enjoy swimming in the rooftop pool with a view of the Ocean City skyline or sunbathing on the large sundeck. Unwind with a drink in your hand and toes in the sand, watching an unforgettable sunset on the Bayfront beach. It doesn't matter if you are a pro or amateur, the bay access is perfect for fishing, crabbing, kayaking, or paddle boarding.

You are also within walking distance of many popular restaurants and activities, including: 48th St. Watersports, Seacrets, Alley Oops, Macky's, Convention Center, 45th St. Taphouse, Fager's Island, Nick's Mini Golf, Dumser's Dairyland and so much more!

This unit has elevator access, free high-speed Wi-Fi, keyless entry with smart-locks, security camera on the door and covered parking for two vehicles. Additional parking is available if needed.

Please note - Linens and paper products are not provided. (bed sheets, bath/beach towels, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.) However, we do provide starter paper towels and toilet paper for both bathrooms. Pillows and comforters are provided in each bedroom.

10 out of 10. What you see in the photos is what you get. Beautiful home. Safe area. Close to the ocean, bay and boardwalk. Clean rooftop pool. We have zero complaints and would stay here again.

Solid Place in OC

The property worked well for our family of seven. All of the appliances and AC were in good shape and worked well. The parking situation was also very handy, especially since we were there for the Ocean's Calling festival and parking elsewhere was a nightmare. Only downside was the BYOL (bring your own linen) situation and we spotted a few ants, though they seemed to be taking measures to fix the latter issue. Overall, a solid place for your family to stay in Ocean City.

Never will book here again!!!!

The lights were out in the room my children was staying in and the host said he lived over 3 hours away and he could come the next day. I figured it out eventually that all the plugs that was in the wall couldn't be used at once.(2 lamps and a television) The bathrooms wasn't cleaned well. The bathroom sink was clogged. The master bedroom still had underwear in the drawers from a previous stay. It was totally unacceptable to be paying a $200 cleaning fee when booking. The bathroom lights went out during our stay as well.

Convenient location

Mark was very quick to answer any questions we had. The condo was perfect for our short trip. It was conveniently located and not too far of a walk to the beach. We also enjoyed the small beach that is not often found on a bayside property.

Great condo in OC

We had a fantastic experience at this property. The location is great and about a 5 minute walk to the beach and close to many restaurants. The condo is nicely furnished and the beds were comfortable. It was an added bonus to have a washer and dryer in the unit to wash towels after a day at the beach. The owner was extremely responsive and accommodating. We hope to be back next year!

5 days flew by

5 days in this condo flew by. It was a great location with plenty of walking to attractions like mini golf , 1 block from the beach , sugar kitchen and more. Condo was just as described. No complaints. Great owner and very responsive for any concerns and questions. Highly recommend

Great Condo for a Family

I had to book this unit at the last minute due to other VRBO owners' concerns with renting during Senior week and delaying reservation confirmation. Mark was very responsive and welcoming from booking to check-in. Check-in was very easy. We walked to Fractured Prune and/or Dumser's every day, as a treat for our exercise lol. Very Nice Condo

We had the best time!

This was a perfect condo for our family of 7 to vacation in. It’s hard to find places to accommodate a family with 5 kids but this met every expectation. Our host was very easy to communicate with and he made sure our stay went smoothly. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks so much, Mark! One of my teens has declared this our “best vacation ever!” and I have to agree. It was wonderful!
