All bedrooms have a queen size bed and 3rd bedroom has queen plus bunk beds! Cable, free Wi-Fi/high speed internet, central A/C and DVD player in unit! This condo is located on the 4th floor and there is an elevator in the building. The Waves building is a perfect North Ocean City location and is close to restaurants, bars, mini golf, etc.

*Linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $137.65. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.
