  • Welcome to our waterfront oasis in North Ocean City! This stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers direct water views and plenty of space for up to 10 guests, making it ideal for families, friends, or groups seeking a relaxing coastal getaway.

    Step inside to discover a beautifully decorated interior with coastal-inspired decor and modern amenities. The spacious living area is perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure, featuring comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV. The fully stocked kitchen makes meal preparation easy, with ample counter space and modern appliances. Enjoy your meals at the bar with seating for everyone or take it outdoors to the expansive waterfront deck, where you can enjoy panoramic canal views.

    Outside, the waterfront deck is the perfect place to relax, whether you're soaking up the sun, dining al fresco, or watching the boats go by. With attractions like pristine beaches, vibrant boardwalks, and seafood restaurants just minutes away, you’ll have easy access to everything North Ocean City has to offer.

    We're thrilled to host you in this spectacular home! Upholding our commitment to top-notch cleanliness, we ask for your cooperation in bringing your own linens. We provide pillows, comforters/top-quilts, but you will have to bring your own towels, sheets, blankets, pillowcases and beach towels. Alternatively, for your convenience, we offer a comprehensive linen drop-off at just $100. This package includes sheets and pillowcases for all beds in use, kitchen dish towels, bathroom bathmats, and a towel/washcloth for each guest, ensuring a comfortable and seamless stay. At the end of your stay we ask that all linens be returned in the same linen bag in which they were delivered to ensure a safe experience for everyone. Your adherence to this requirement contributes to a pristine and enjoyable environment for all guests in our home. Thank you for understanding.

Perfect, quiet bay retreat

We had an incredible stay! We were 6 adults and one toddler. It was so clean and cozy. The deck was amazing for fireworks viewing. And such a convenient location.

Family Stay

Great little spot! Perfect for a family. Right next to grocery store and just far enough away from the boardwalk to be peaceful. Super clean and quick response to needs.

Cons: the description does not mention that there is no dining room table or that it’s on the second floor. The reviews said the property was spacious. It is the opposite but it is serviceable. All the kitchen cabinets are cluttered with random plates, cups, pots, pans, etc to the point that there is no room for anything else so everything you bring including food has to go on the very limited kitchen counter space. The bedroom closets are also cluttered with weird random stuff. The icemaker doesn’t work but there were ice trays in the freezer. There are 6 parking spaces for the four units. They r very tight and very difficult to get in and out of. Street parking is very limited and mostly prohibited every day between 8:30 and 11:30. Pool is on the next street over and we never used it. The 28 year old front loading washer stopped being able to spin on our next-to-last day there so we had to re-wash that load and leave a day early. Pros: Beach is a 5 minute walk away as are groceries, restaurants, Sunsations and CVS. Property is old but clean and generally in good repair, water pressure was great, water was hot although only good for two consecutive showers. Property mgr is responsive. Misc: Property is 1 block south of 118th st. Balcony faces north.
