The Sea Watch in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want. Enjoy the beach or the building's many amenities which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, complimentary movie theater, fitness facility, saunas, huge game room, snack and soda shop, playground, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience.

Sea Watch charges $75 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Was a great location and very clean. Loved all the amenities offered but didnt like having to go to the security everytime we wanted to use them. The room was great. But everytime we used the stove w/ the pans provided the smoke detectors would go off. And the beds was not comfortable at all. Felt like we were sleeping on the floor.

Unit was nice and appropriate for short beach stay, unfortunately no beach chairs available so we had to rent chairs each day. Having no laundry facilities available was also an inconvenience.

The property itself is pretty nice. Many amenities not available in other condominiums. The unit was suitable even though the microwave was broken and there were crumbs visible in the living room upon arrival. It worked for what we needed. Would stay again.

A great view, and spacious. Would love to give this a 5 star review however they’re a few things broken. Such as a broken box spring and shower head. Otherwise it was clean. We love sea watch resort. Staff was friendly. Security is awesome. They lot of accommodations such as a movie theater, game room and swimming.

Great view- poor upkeep

We loved the balcony and main living area. The kitchen, living, and dining rooms were great. The blinds in the main living area were broken and would not go up which was a huge letdown seeing as we wanted to look at the ocean. The bathroom in the master is very rundown: the shower ceiling was poorly done with holes showing and water damage evident. The floors were not clean with garbage from previous residents being left under furniture. The dishwasher was full of previously used, dirty dishes. The furniture was dirty with wear and tear, like the gray chair in the living room was blackened from use. When you are paying this much, you expect better. I will stay in the Sea Watch again, but not this unit.

Very convenient to beach

A little confusing with elevator specific to garage and others to the units. But all good after we figured it out haha! Unit could use a little update in bathrooms. And ceilings & closet doors. But we had a fantastic time because that’s what we do as a family
