“My family and I stayed here during Thanksgiving, and the space was more than enough for our needs. The location was perfect. Since it was the off-season, I can imagine parking might be tighter during peak times, but everything was great for our stay. The highlight was relaxing by the fireplace. We would love to stay here again in the summer and enjoy the convenience of being just a block from the beach for long, relaxing days. Overall, it was a wonderful long weekend with our family.”

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was perfect! The condo was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The only suggestion we would make is to have a curtain for the balcony door. We felt like the guests across the street could see right in as we were enjoying our evenings in the main living space. Other than that, we highly recommend this as a place to stay when visiting OCMD.

Great location

The condo is in a great location. We didn’t have to drive to the beach which was great and we weren’t in the craziness of ocean city. Overall the place was great however there was some issues. The kitchen supplies were lacking. Not a lot of stuff at all. There was no toilet paper or paper towels so we had to get all of that stuff. No towels. I was aware to bring our own linens but wasn’t prepared for no towels or rags. My kids slept in the bunk beds that didn’t have a ladder attached, they had to climb on a nightstand to get to the top bunk. The couch was giant which was great. There wasn’t a lot of chairs at the table to eat so we had to eat where we had a seat. The owner is super responsive, he did reach out to tell me that the back door wasn’t working properly and the handle to the toilet in the master was broken. We did work around those issues. The master shower had mold growing in the corners and was a little gross. However it was a great long weekend with family.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was as listed in the pictures. Great location. Great to have 2 assigned parking spaces. Just a few things that could have better. The locked key box was not as instructed on the storage unit door. It was on the condo door. The cookware was terrible. Only 1cookie sheet, very used. Only 1 pot holder. The queen bed was very high. As a short person, it was very difficult to get into bed. No step stool in the condo to reach dishes. The bunkbeds didn't have a ladder. Son had to climb onto the nightstand to get up top. The sliding glass door didn't have any blinds or curtains. The folks staying across the street could see right into our condo, even more so at night. Took host 3 days to respond about adding an app to the roku tv.

Perfect for our girls weekend!

The condo was perfect and spacious. A couple of thing that would have been nice to know before renting: there was maintenance/cleaning happening in the exterior which ment a lot of noise and not really able to use the balcony. Also there were no curtains/blinds on the patio door. There was no ladder for the top bunk. Otherwise , the space was perfect and we would stay here again!

Off-season

Our week in October was fantastic! The condo is absolutely perfect! We had a toddler and being on 1st floor with elevator right on the ocean block was great! TVs in every room, games, puzzles, laminate floors throughout was ideal for a family gathering. Will be back.
