    The Space:

    This Oceanfront condo is ideally situated in a highrise building and features a spacious living area filled with lots of comfortable furniture and a private balcony. The newly-renovated full kitchen includes all the appliances and quartz counter space the group chef will need to prepare a delicious meal for everyone to enjoy. Spend the day on the beach then come home to let the private washer and dryer handle all that beach sand. Enjoy the luxury of a new master bathroom with double sinks and walk-in shower. Be sure to explore some of the fun on-site amenities that include a large shared indoor pool and a brand new community fitness center featuring treadmills, an elliptical, a recumbent bike, a rowing machine, and a weight trainer, along with Amazon Prime TV for your viewing pleasure while you workout. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. WiFi is available for a fee at building registration. A $50.00 non-refundable cash building registration fee is due upon check-in. There is also a $10.00 key fob deposit for the fitness center. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Rental unit is very nice. Would recommend . Personnel for the Vehicle registration for parking were nice and efficient, though for 50 i guess its worth their time. When you call main hotel #, its crickets.

The ocean view off the balcony is so relaxing. It is a cozy condo that is very appealing. The kitchen is comfortable to cook in which saves money from eating out. I highly recommend this vacation home!

The balcony and gorgeous views. The king bed, pillows, shower head and water pressure were AWESOME! Nice flat screen TV and easy to stream shows. Great location, waking distance to restaurants, grocery store, and Church. 4 stars.

Quick vacay getaway

Staff at property were amazing. Room was great. 10 digit room code was slightly annoying. 50$ parking fee was excessive. We had a fantastic time, would definitely recommend to friends.

Great little condo

We loved the balcony/ view and the indoor heated pool. Great location- close to beach, grocery store, resturants, library (for our small child). Driveable to boardwalk. The unit is a bit outdated- decor, etc. but we were mostly out and about anyway so it did not bother us.

Nice but could be just a little better

The place itself was very nice, but for the price I paid, I would’ve expected WiFi and cable to be included. I know you’re not suppose to spend your vacation in the room but it rained a few days while I was visiting and those two things are key on rainy days.

Perfect OC getaway!

Very clean, great shower pressure, unbearable balcony! Very nice kitchen, nice big fridge and freezer. Clean - could see vacuum marks on carpets and the toilet had a sanitized wrap around it. It even had dishwasher and laundry pods and extra garbage bags. Unbeatable View from the balcony!

This was a great location. We had an oceanfront unit and it did not dissapoint. Balcony was the length of the unit so both the family room and master bedroom had the veiw. Also out the door on opposite side overlooked the bay. We were in a higher floor and the view was beautiful. Far enough away from the traffic and commotion but close enough the drive down to the boardwalk didn't take long.
