This vacation home is just two blocks from the beach in a convenient complex with boat docks and a swimming pool, close to the Ocean City Convention Center. The third-floor suite (walk-up, no elevator) is fully equipped with a washer and dryer, plus air conditioning. You'll be near dining and activities, so you'll always have something fun to do. This charming and convenient condo is decorated in a lovely beach theme, with everything you need to feel at home. You'll have a full-size washer and dryer and stainless steel appliances. You'll love watching the boats on the bay or taking in views of a beautiful summer sunset from your large deck.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 3.

Dock details: A launch fee applies per week for the use of the on-site boat ramp. The registration form must be completed prior to launch. Call R&r Services At 443-944-3607 (Monday through Friday). A copy of the boat registration must be provided. Boat slips are not guaranteed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
