Welcome to our 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom bayside condo on 28th Street (Robin Drive), perfectly tucked away on the top floor of a 3-story building overlooking a peaceful canal. It’s the perfect home base for families or friends who want to unwind and relax — while still being just a short walk from Ocean City’s famous boardwalk, beaches, and attractions.

We use Minut noise monitoring to ensure our guests are not breaking Ocean City's noise ordinance.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

We absolutely loved our stay at this gorgeous condo! The hosts were very kind and easy to communicate with before and during our stay. The condo was very clean and comfortable, which is super important to me. The view was beautiful. We would definitely stay here again.
