    The Space:

    The Golden Sands, located in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want without needing to leave the building complex. Enjoy the beach, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, oceanfront volleyball, and game and exercise rooms! During the summer season, visit the beach bar and grill, sandwich shop, convenience store, and gift shops. A well-rested vacation awaits at this charming, family-friendly condo just steps away from the beach! It's well-equipped with everything you and your guests could ever need to spend an unforgettable time together. It features a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials, central air-conditioning, a private balcony with terrific views, on-site washer/dryer for your laundry needs, comfortable and inviting furniture, and TV with cable.



    Things to Know

    Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.

    Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.

    All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

    No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

    Complimentary building-provided WiFi is a courtesy and not guaranteed.

    The indoor pool and large outdoor pool will not accommodate children in diapers. There is an outdoor kiddie pool provided for children in diapers.

    Per building management, cannabis is prohibited everywhere on the Golden Sands grounds.



    Assigned Parking begins Sunday 6/6/26 through 9/11/26. In Season Check in and Parking instructions:

    NO EARLY PARKING or NO EARLY CHECK-INS ***No Early Parking and space numbers are NOT the same as the unit number.

    ***SATURDAYS ONLY… ****Security Staff will be positioned in the parking lot to give you your parking permit and parking space number at your check in time through 8pm, after 8pm please go to the front desk in the lobby of the Golden Sands building. There is 1 parking space available and Building Policy is a strict No early parking. Vehicles may not be parked or left unattended during the move in or move out process. All vehicles must be parked in your assigned parking space or your vehicle is subject to booting or towing at the vehicle owner’s expense. Parking tags must be displayed at all times. ***No Early Parking and space numbers are NOT the same as the unit number.

    ***SUNDAY through FRIDAY…June 6th, 2026 through September 11th, 2026 ****Please see the front desk in the lobby of the Golden Sands for your parking permit at your check in time. Please have your check in email ready for staff. ***



    Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great view & lovely

The view is fantastic! The home is really functional for a family coming to stay. The couches are a bit soft/worn but the king bed is super comfy. The washer and dryer are so helpful. The shower in the on suite is in need of a plumbing repair but the pressure was ok. Overall a great stay and lots of room for a family of 5 (4 adults and a baby). Enjoy!

Great view, super homey

Views were great! No complaints about furniture—it’s not perfect, but there’s enough seating and beds and it’s comfortable. It’s great for a vacation place! The location was great; there were places to walk to so we could eat and the grocery and liquor stores were within quick driving distance. The beach is beautiful and wide and there are tennis courts, pickle ball stuff, shuffle board, volleyball, a tiki bar, an arcade, and someone is always staffing the lobby. It seemed safe with staff everywhere.

Vacasa is amazing!!!!

E V E R T H I N G!!! Upon arrival we had dish detergent, laundry detergent, bathroom tissue. Towels, bath, kitchen hand towels. Comfy beds. The kitchen was fully stocked. I messn stocked w updated everything! So welcoming. Vacasa certainly has checked all the boxes. There are far to amenities to list here, but Golden Sands combined with Vacasa are by far the best place in Ocean City

Great Get Away!

The condo complex was very clean, there is a sandwich shop and bar and grill by the patio as well as many other amenities. The condo had everything you might need. Plenty of pots, utensils, coffeemaker etc. The home is decorated nicely with beach themed artwork throughout. The view from the balcony can’t be beat. You need to be prepared to wait for an elevator at check in and check out time.

Great view, Great Property Overall

Overall the stay was great. The check in and out process could not have been smoother. The indoor pool, game room, and playground were great for our kids. My only thing was that the furniture in the living room is clearly very used... the cushions aren't very supportive, and thus weren't terribly comfortable for the few hours a day we were in the room. But that being said, we'd probably book it again given all of the other positives. It's also nice to have a condo where you don't have to worry about towels and linens.

Awesome week

We had a great stay here however the pool lacks enough chairs for people to sit and it was annoying having to sign in at every area we went to of the building. Our condo has lots of space and everything you needed for your stay. The building should update the water pressure in the condos. I know it can be hard with all the rooms but one of our bathrooms had great pressure the other not so much. View from the balcony was amazing.

We had a cleaning issue, vacasa offered to send a cleaning team but we had already cleaned ourselves. The condo has potential as the bedrooms have ample storage space. The front bedroom was hot all the time. The unit could use decluttering . The elevators are very slow. I do love that linens are included.

Great view!

The condo location was great and the view from the 7th floor was awesome. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. Couches were not very comfortable and sunk down very low and hard to get out of. The on-line pictures showed different chairs in the living room. The TVs were awesome! The 10 digit door entry code was difficult at times. Overall the condo was very nice and we enjoyed our stay and the fantastic weather. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

Great Condo

The condo itself was great. Clean and well stocked. The only downfall is the ongoing elevator situation. The wait for an elevator was consistently about 15 minutes and we were forced to squeeze in a non-air conditioned elevator whenever we could—even if it meant riding from the 10th floor up to the 22nd when we were actually trying to get to the lobby. Other than the elevator problem, it’s a great unit and we would stay there again.
