    The Space:

    This large two-bedroom, two-bath home is close to the beach and offers a nice view from the balcony. Take advantage of the washer/dryer, dishwasher, and central air conditioning. This home is close to shopping and the Convention Center. The elevator will make it easy to access this fifth-floor suite after a fun day on the beach!



    Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Perfect Rental!!

Absolutely perfect rental. There was just 3 of us but so much room for a family of 5. We loved it so much that we already booked it for next year!

This condo has a great view and is an elevator ride with a few steps to the beach. My family of four was very comfortable in this condo as it is very spacious with the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked and has anything you could need to cook in rather than eating out.

This property is perfect, very clean, spacious, and well taken care of. Loved the views of the beach from the wrap around balcony. Steps from the beach. Definitely would like to come back here next year.

Oceanfront Stay

We have been coming to Ocean City for 20 years. This was one of the better places that we stayed that was oceanfront. Large condo that had a great layout for my husband and I along with three teen girls. Absolutely loved the wrap around balcony and being steps to the sand. We will definitely stay again if it is available.

Beautiful!

This was a quick getaway for my sister and me. We were so excited to be able to sit on the balcony with our coffee and watch the sunrise every morning. It was wonderful. Also, the unit was incredibly clean. We loved it and will be booking again next year!

If all you care about is location to the beach, this place is it. Very spacious and has most things you would need. However, it is clearly lacking proper maintenance from the abuse of renters. I understand being beachfront is a lot of the price tag - but for what you pay I would expect more than the bare minimum of cleanliness and some nice decor.

Perfect for a couple and two kiddos

The condo was more spacious than we thought. The wrap-around balcony with three sets of glass doors ensured a beautiful view everywhere we looked. We loved.
