It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Bed Bugs Beware

The location was great, condo was nice, but not clean. Socks, and trash left under twin beds in room, in same room my daughters legs and arms have gotten tore up from bed bugs. Sink in bathroom was leaking and a bucket with holes was put to let drip we had to dump it when we got there and didn’t even want to use the sink. I hope to get a refund.
