DIRECT OCEANFRONT CONDO in one of the best locations you will find! Enjoy spectacular Atlantic Ocean and beach views from 95th street - The Pyramid building! One of the few oceanfront condos with a true PRIVATE balcony! You'll also love relaxing and swimming in the beachfront outdoor pool! This one bedroom, 1.5-bathroom condo has a queen bed and a double bed in the bedroom and a double sleep sofa in the living room so you can sleep 6 people comfortably. There are two Smart TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom so you can stream your favorite movies (with your login credentials.) The condo also offers high speed internet/wifi, a washer and dryer and one parking spot. This condo is on the fourth floor, and the building has an elevator. The Pyramid is located right on the beach and is close to grocery stores, the Gold Coast Mall, and restaurants, plus the OCMD boardwalk and inlet is just a short drive or a beach bus ride away.

**There is a $40 Pyramid non-refundable amenity fee charged by the building. It is not included in the price at time of booking and will need to be paid to the building upon check-in at the resort to receive a parking pass, etc.**

** Linens not provided. Property comes with comforters/blankets and pillows. You will need to bring sheets, towels and pillowcases as linens are not provided but an optional linen package is available to be rented. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option after you make your reservation if you choose to do so. A complete linen package is $99.65. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked. **

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.

Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.
