CLEANING
Blankets and pillows will be placed in closets and guests are encouraged to bring their own. Bedding will be sprayed with disinfectant.

All surfaces are cleaned and then disinfected with a proper solution. Where appropriate, a solution of bleach and water will be sprayed on surfaces for a minimum of 60 seconds.

HOT WATER and HVAC
This unit has its own CENTRAL AIR CONDITION! Most other rentals have small in-window AC units that will struggle to keep the house cool. We also have an OVERSIZED hot water heater and the showers output HIGH PRESSURE water. You won’t need to worry about running out of hot water even with multiple people using it at the same time. You will love the hot water massage from the high pressure showers. Don’t stay in a condo that has a small and outdated AC unit or run out of hot water!

You will need to supply your own towels and linens for 1 queen size bed, 2 full sized bed, and a queen size sleeper sofa.

1) Do you have a coffee maker?
YES, We have several! We offer Flavia coffee along with an assortment of complimentary beverages. We also have a Keurig in case you want to bring your own flavors and we have a drip coffee machine as well.

2) Is Wi-Fi available?
YES, The speed is over 300 Mbps enough for streaming and surfing. We also have 3 streaming enabled smart TV’s that will allow you to watch your favorite streaming services such as Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Video, YouTube, as well as many other streaming services.

3) Are linens and towels included?
Guests must bring their own linens and towels or you can rent them from Ocean City Bath and Linen.

4) Does the condo include hand soap, dishwasher soap, paper towels and toilet paper?
Yes! We provide soap and body wash as well as ample toilet paper.

5) Does the condo have trash bags
Yes, We try to provide an ample supply of trash bags.

6) How far is the Ocean City Beach and Boardwalk from the condo and is it free?
The Beach and Boardwalk is a short 9 minute walk and yes it's FREE and does not require passes or beach tags.

7) Do you have a washer and dryer?
Yes! We have a fully programmable in-unit washer and dryer. You won't have to worry about having clean or dry clothes.
