Escape to this sprawling, family-friendly compound in Ocean City! Comprised of three separate rentals with accommodations for up to 21 guests, this spacious retreat is perfect for group get-togethers. Boasting a central downtown location, the property offers prime walking access to all the best attractions, from the shore and boardwalk, to popular restaurants and shopping! Each rental offers three bedrooms with their own kitchen and living areas divided between two, adjacent properties. One home is split between an upstairs and downstairs level and the other is a single-level cottage.

(Porch Life - Downstairs) Unwind in the sunlit living area, detailed with beach-themed decor and a flat-screen TV. A full-size kitchen comes ready and equipped to whip up the group's favorite beach snacks. Sip a refreshing beverage while enjoying sea breezes on the covered porch. Outdoor amenities include a convenient outdoor shower and a barbecue area with a gas grill. This home is a three-bed/one-bath layout.

(Shore Thing - Upstairs) This second-level retreat features an electric fireplace and partial A/C window units to keep the home comfortable and access to the outdoor shower and gas grill. The open floor plan seamlessly combines the living and dining areas. The living room is the perfect place to unwind and stream your favorite series on the Roku-enabled flatscreen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and utensils to whip up delicious meals and beach snacks. This home is a three-bed/one-bath layout

(The Cottage) After fun-filled days with the group, unwind for a quiet movie night in the cozy living area. The full-size kitchen offers a full suite of appliances and opens directly to the patio, perfect for al fresco dining. The covered porch provides another spot to relax with a crisp beverage. This home is a three-bed/two-bath layout.

Each home features its own selection of board games. For a fun evening at home, pool together the selections and host a group game night royale!

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: Street parking is available on a first-come-first-serve basis; parking is not guaranteed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect beach spot

We loved this property! It was the perfect place to spend our parents' 50th anniversary trip. Location is excellent with an easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. House is adorably decorated with beach theme that adds to the experience. Porches are spacious and lovely spots for morning coffee and evening relaxing. We loved it and would absolutely stay here again!
