Luxurious 3 Bedroom/3 Bath Ocean-front Condo! Gateway Grand unit 1507 provides all the comfort of home as you face the ocean and beautiful beach views. Sunrise here is simply spectacular! Leave your linens at home! Your beds will be made and towels (bath) will be provided!! Property features include Jacuzzi in Master bath, full size washer and dryer, stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker, granite counter tops, digital beverage cooler and all kitchen necessities. Each bedroom features state of the art, wall mounted TVs to complement the living room's larger TV, audio system, DVR and WiFi. This condo sleeps 8* people:
King in MBR, Queen in BR2, 2 Twins in BR3, and a queen sleep sofa in the living area. In addition to linens and towels, the unit will include a pack-n-play, sand toys, and beach chairs. For exercise enthusiasts, there is a complete gym on the lobby level, along with indoor and outdoor pools. This owner also provides a luggage cart in the condo for guests' use during their stay which must be returned to the condo upon departure - there is a $200 charge if not returned.
Condo will accommodate a family of 9, if one is a child under 2 years old.
The Gateway Grand requires a minimum stay of 7 days; unit rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any 7 nights off season.
Non-Smoking/vaping building, except for designated areas.
$151 non-refundable registration/parking fee due with reservation; Gateway Grand. Garage clearance is 7 feet.
Our property owners do not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

Beautiful condo

I brought my 95 year old mother down to this beautiful condo. The views from the balcony & the master bedroom were breath taking. We saw a lot of dolfins & even a rainbow. The kitchen was well stocked for some cooking. My family joined us for a few days. We created alot of memories. I was blessed to stay for a week. Overall it was very comfortable. We had a fabulous time. I look forward to doing it again next year. Thank you

The condo was very dirty & things were broken

Over $6,500 for 1 week at the Gateway Grand rm 1507. We expected a clean room w/most utilities working. Sadly, we weren’t able to check in until 4 & it was still being “cleaned“. The cleaning lady was there & I told her not to rush; cleanliness is important to me because of my granddaughters has a heart disorder. Instead of making sure the room was clean, she started telling me about a bird show she puts on for kids. VRBO said there would be clean sheets on the bed, but they were put on top of the comforters (not in plastic bags). The towels were visibly dirty. We had to wash all sheets, most comforters, all towels, pillow cases & had to run the DW. We started cleaning but decided to contact OC reservations & ask for a cleaner to come back because the place was filthy! Every surface was dirty! I’ll attach the pics if possible but I suspect this review won’t see the light of day. One of the first things that was broken were the blinds going out to the OF balcony. They opened but wouldn’t close completely. Other things were broken or on the verge like chairs, tables, many locks didn’t work, 1 of the 2 (not 3) tall chairs at the island had to be serviced to sit on it, the fridge kept turning off, the FR table was very shaky as it was missing screws, & no password was required for WiFi after all so anyone can login. The owners have a beautiful condo with an amazing view & a comfortable bed. Too bad they didn’t check to ensure that it was being cleaned & maintained.

nice but minor hicups

condo was cold for 2 nights ..problem fix on day 3,,,tvs in bedrms and livg rm are not set up for local stations..u stream for tv service...the indoor pool was cold for 2 days..problem fix on day 3...

Gorgeous Condo

This condo was a wonderful place to stay. It is very updated and beautifully decorated. All appliances and amenities are high end. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom and the master bath has a nice jacuzzi tub. Everything that you could possibly need for the beach is included---beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon, floaties, pool noodles, and sand toys. There are Roku TV's in the bedrooms and living room and there is even a wine fridge. The air conditioner was not cooling properly when we arrived but we called the management company (on a Sunday) and they sent a maintenance man to fix it within the hour. The building itself is in a good location and it is beautifully cleaned and maintained. We would definitely stay here again!

Great condo, even for rotten weather

We stayed in May and could not have picked a worse weather week for a visit to Ocean City. Gale force winds howled from Saturday through Wednesday and then only abated slightly on Thursday. You could not even walk outside, and the whole time we were there, we saw only one person brave a walk on the beach. However, if there was a bright side, it was most definitely the condo. It is beautifully decorated -- just perfect and so comfortable. Everything you could possibly need is there, including lots of beach chairs and toys. Thanks to the owners for providing the linens -- one less worry. The cleanliness was impeccable, the WiFi worked well (so important when the weather is bad), the indoor pool and gym were both great, and the master bathroom was gorgeous, with a jacuzzi tub that was actually clean (they seldom are clean in rentals). When we weren't fogged in, the view was magnificent. We have stayed at a lot of places in O.C., and this condo was definitely the nicest. I was a little wary when I first signed up because there weren't other ratings; however, there is a book in the condo that visitors use to describe their stays, and I would say the kudos were unanimous. I would highly recommend. Maybe I'll even get to come back sometime when the sun is shining!
