The master bedroom has a king bed and spacious master bath, bedroom 2 has a queen bed and bedroom 3 has a pyramid bunk with a trundle (1 full plus two twin) and also a queen sleep sofa in the living area. The owner supplies sheets & towels. Keurig coffee maker. The building offers indoor pool, outdoor pool, exercise room and Game room for the kids. The building is located mid-town OC on 48th street. Gateway Grand requires a seven day minimum rental and rents Saturday to Saturday.
No pets, please. Non-Smoking, Non-Vaping building, except for designated areas. $151 non-refundable registration/parking fee due with reservation.
