Convenient location. Easy access to the beach, shops, and food nearby. Very quiet even though located on the corner of Coastal Highway. Pay washer and dryer on promises which really worked great! Dog friendly. Bed sheets, blankets, comforters and towels were clean and fresh. No bed bugs found ! Would like to have had more towels and washcloths and kitchen dishcloths. Beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys were available . Umbrella rental right on the beach and lifeguard stand not far from beach access. Pots and pans and utensils pretty dirty and greasy. Had to wash them before using but would have done that anyway. Apartment was not very clean. Lots of sand and food stuff around the beds and down in the couch. Children said the bunk beds were uncomfortable to sleep on but the couch was good. Pubic hairs on the soap dispenser in the bathroom and sink. Parking availability is excellent . Garbage dumpster conveniently located. Air conditioning was good. TV remote in living room had dead batteries, linen service man provided. Keyless entry system failed and we got locked out but the linen service man came through again and got us access to get in but we had to leave the door unlocked if we wanted to go anywhere. Technician showed up next day to replace batteries in the remote but ended up giving us the key to the door instead because remote entry would not work with our code. More towels and washcloths, bath mats and kitchen towels would be great. Host is responsive.

Overall very good has a few issues with the property, but these were out of the owners control. Other things to note is that the washing and drying machine are outside of your unit. They also charge you to clean your laundry. Parking will also get very crowded and you do not have reserved spots. Do not park somewhere else, you will get towed and that is a 300 fine. Other then that everything is great close to the beach, walking distance form a lot of great places such as King Cone, Dennys a bowling alley and more. Beach is usually quite and and has much fewer people than anything from 1st-40th street. It was very clean when we arrived and had the necessities for cooking. Overall very good and would definitely recommend

We love the location. Walk to beach without crossing the road. Quiet area. Very clean and accommodating. Family of 5 plus our Vizsla. plenty of room. We are all looking towards visit #3 next year.

A little get away

We had a great time. Everything was within walking distance. The beach was a 2 minute walk and thank you for the beach chairs and umbrellas we really appreciated it. The apartment was accessible to the road no stairs or elevator to worry about. From booking to checking in and out it was very easygoing.

Vacation Headquarters

My family and i stayed here, with my cousin and his family. The intent was to be walking distance to the beach as well as a variety of other activities, restaurants and stores. We accomplished that with this property. It was a good place to call home for a couple of days. It was good to be able to have somewhere to go back to and keep your stuff in/ close by. We had good weather which, belped keep us outside. The property manager was great at answering questions before getting there and great at assisting ua while we were there. I would rent from this person again.

amazing place

Very little effort getting in and out of place check in was a breeze perfect size for myself, wife and kids. communication was fast and prompt when I had a question prior to check in access to the beach was super close and when we wanted to check out the boardwalk the bus stopped right outside our place made getting around easy. Would for sure stay again.

Perfect spot for a beach getaway!

Walking distance from the beach and just a short drive from boardwalk! Absolutely perfect location for a last minute family getaway- added plus for being dog friendly! Vladimir was helpful in answering questions prior to our visit making the check in/out process very smooth. Definitely needed some upkeep
walls were filthy, windows very dirty, shower liner was old and under furniture in living room had food, dust and empty bottles. Overall nice experience! Will stay again!
