South Beach 404 is a luxurious 3 Bedroom,3 Bathroom condominium located overlooking the ocean and boardwalk it offers indoor and outdoor pools, wifi, and linens.
One of the best upscale buildings in Ocean City with limitless beautiful views of the beach and boardwalk. You will love it the minute you step into this open floor plan, The direct, oceanfront southern end unit is bright and sunny featuring a large, oceanfront balcony that stretches from the living room to the main bedroom. The spacious, open living room area has a corner entertainment unit with a gas fireplace and television above. The wrap-around sectional sofa and two occasional chairs offers plenty of seating for everyone. The open floor plan continues into the dining area with a wet bar and beverage cooler. Enjoy using the beautiful gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and ample tableware and utensils. Off of the kitchen is a laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer. Each bedroom includes large closets and full bathrooms with safety handrails. The main bedroom has a king bed, a private balcony door, and a large bathroom with a luxury walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a separate door to a private south-facing balcony. The third bedroom provides a queen and twin bed and a private bathroom with a large luxury shower. The property includes free linen and towels.
The South Beach building features a secured lobby and parking garage with two assigned parking spaces, indoor and outdoor pools (indoor open April 1 through October 31), and a gym with a sweeping view. Perfect location and great layout for adult friends to stay with each bedroom having it's own bathroom. Carpet has shown wear but otherwise fully stocked and great unit.

Great location.

The condo was large and beautiful and the location was perfect. Great sunrises and great sunsets over the bay. Carpet was pretty dirty as was the balcony but rest was well cared for.

Best OC Experience

We loved our stay at 404 South Beach. Beautiful condo with an amazing view of the ocean! We were concerned about the noise and activity associated with staying right on the boardwalk, but this unit was far enough away from the busiest parts of the boardwalk and high enough up that the noise wasn’t too bad. Plus the living room and master bedroom had a room darkening exterior shade/sound barrier that you can lower at night which was really nice too! All 3 bedrooms had direct access to a bathroom which was a nice touch. Indoor pool was nice, outdoor pool was tiny. We have come to Ocean City 3 times and this was our favorite place yet!

Great location and condo

We absolutely loved this rental and will definitely come back. The location was perfect on the boardwalk but just far enough away from the inlet. Everything was in walking distance. The condo was spacious, clean and very quiet. I can’t say enough good things about it!
