Building indoor pool and hot tub are closed for a full HOA renovation and upgrade, scheduled to reopen in May 2026 and be refreshed and like new for the 2026 season. By booking, you acknowledge the pool and hot tub may be unavailable during your stay and agree no discounts or compensation will be provided for this closure unless confirmed in writing in advance of your reservation and booking.

From here you're just minutes from local grocery stores, beach boutiques, spas, salons, waterfront restaurants, and Ocean City's vibrant nightlife scene.



You’ll also have exclusive access to resort amenities, including the indoor heated pool, hot-tub, sun-bathing deck, and direct beach access. You will be assigned two parking spaces and given a unique door code for access.
