Isabella 3 är en vacker och rymlig fastighet för din familjesemester som ligger nära strandpromenaden, havet och attraktionerna? Isabella 3 är en stor (2400 sq ft) dekoratör möblerad radhus i en otrolig downtown plats, 1: a gatan. Fastigheten har också en tvättmaskin och torktumlare och WIFI för din bekvämlighet. Denna fastighet har en bottenvåning, perfekt för att titta på tv, spela spel eller ligga och ett privat garage. Den andra nivån har ett stort vardagsrum, matplats, kök och 1/2 bad. Nästa nivå har 2 sovrum, alla med eget badrum och balkong. Den översta våningen är sovrummet med ett vackert mästerbad. Varje sovrum har eget badrum och balkong. Sängstorlekarna inkluderar en kung, en drottning, 2 singlar och 2 queen size-soffor. Gästerna behöver leverera lakan, handdukar, pappersvaror och tvål. Balkonger är på varje nivå med fantastisk utsikt över havet, bukten och centrum. Enkel promenad till stranden och strandpromenaden. Gott om lyx och utrymme för en stor familj. We had a great time in Ocean City. Since we were traveling with teen boys, young adults and elderly parents, being so close to the beach and boardwalk was incredibly convenient and ideal. The layout of the property provided privacy and the balcony’s on each level was an added bonus. Outside of the dishwasher requiring maintenance and staining on some of the bedding the property was in great shape. We have been to Ocean City many times and this was our favorite location by far. Everything was walkable and there is so much to do nearby. We are grateful to have stayed in this property.

Perfect location!

This property is exactly as described and a quick walk to the boardwalk and restaurants. There were six of us staying for the weekend and we had plenty of space. It was great to have garage parking for two cars, also. We would definitely rent this townhome again!

Accurate listing

This property was the location for my wife’s 40th birthday. Perfect for a girls weekend. Close to the beach with tons of activities. There were any traps under the main sofa, and the property could have been cleaner for the ‘cleaning fee’. The main bathroom had snot buggers on the back of the door, and a hand print on the wall behind the main toilet- from every man that had to hold himself up by leaning on the wall. Over all nice place, just need a better cleaning crew.

Great location, nice stay

A nice home base in Ocean City. The street itself is a cut through to the boardwalk so was a little busy, but otherwise, the location was amazing - we walked to everything imaginable. The listing is accurate. The dryer didn't work, which the property management helped rectify, and the vertical blinds aren't really operational. But otherwise a nice stay.

Beautiful house in a wouderful location but in dire need of refurnishing.

This house is gorgeous! It looks exactly like it does in the pictures. It is though, in need of refurnishing. You sink into the couch, especially the middle seating, making it uncomfortable and difficult to get back up. Some of the beds and the sofas could use new mattresses. New blinds for windows and doors. Needs new outdoor seating. I was told there would be a garage door opener, but upon arrival I was told that it was never replaced. Would recommend some safety rails in the showers/bathrooms, especially for elderly. And the whole place can use a good, deep cleaning. The location is very convenient to the beach and boardwalk, bus stops and main highways. The check-in and check-out times listed on this website are incorrect. We weren't able to check in early because the cleaning crew hadn't finished and were still in the house when we were finally able to check in. Overall, I loved this house and it was a perfect place to bring the whole family! I would definitely want to stay here again! But with that being said, still, it is in dire need of refurnishing and should get a good and timely deep cleaning between guests.

Great Property

The townhouse looked exactly like the pictures provided. The description was spot on so not sure what more I can add. The townhouse was very close to the boardwalk and right off of the bridge which made it easy to get in and out of Ocean City. The only con about the place was the owner (not leasing agent) showed up one morning. He didn't come inside but happened to be walking around as we were leaving the townhouse and throwing away trash. He wasn't the nicest man to say the least and though he didn't have a say on what we were doing, he just made the situation uneasy. I hope that he regrets some of the things as we left the place absolutely clean.
