Adorned with charming nautical decorations, the bedrooms are equally comfortable with soft linens and central air-conditioning. The queen bedroom now has a smart TV.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). This place is ok - it does the job, but don't expect anything super nice. One photo on the listing (of a pool) is misleading - that is the neighbor's pool that you can't use. Otherwise, the photos are accurate, but it definitely feels small and cramped if you plan on spending much time inside, furniture is a little worn. The location is awesome, literally 1 minute walk to the beach. Nice that they provide some chairs and umbrellas.
