Come stay at our Regency 10 at OCMD

Beachfront and on the Boardwalk! Down around 21st street, so plenty of action, but not too loud. Relax on the third floor where you can hear the ocean waves and peoplewatch the Boardwalk.. 24' double sized Balcony provides ample space for you and your family. Comfortable central-air and elevator access.

Entire unit has been completely redone. Bright and airy, fancy finishing, lots of space. This is your home away from home.

Master Bedroom- New King size bed and 52" tv and ceiling fan. Master bathroom features lots of storage and an oversized walk in shower. Bedroom has full ocean view.
2nd Bedroom- Twin Beds that can convert to King with wedge (though this room functions better as Two Twin Beds, wedge is a stopgap). Also has a ceiling fan and streaming TV.
3rd Bedroom- Twin over Full with Twin trundle. Streaming TV.
2nd Shared Bathroom features Iron bathtub with easy access for toddler washing.
Gourmet kitchen contains a built-in booth for seating and additional seating at island. New appliances. Keurig, Toaster, Dual Oven. New Appliances.
Family Room showcases a 60" TV with Comcast, Disney, Netflix, and DVD. Sofa converts to Queen bed.
Blackout shades in every room.
Laundry Room is full size and inside the unit.

ELEVATOR ACCESS to the third floor. Unit does have two small steps in Hallway and Master Bathroom.

PARKING: One dedicated space under the building (6' 4" MAX), 5 additional shared spaces for the entire building outside. Also, street parking nearby.

If you want to park your car when you arrive and not see it until you depart, Downtown OC is the best. If you like downtown you will love this place. Great Location, great modern amenities.

What an incredible gem on 21st street. We loved walking down the boardwalk, and being so close to the ocean. The balcony is lovely and offers the best views. The unit is incredibly clean and well-maintained. Our whole family loved it. We’d definitely stay again.

This place is as advertised and reviewed. New, clean, comfortable, and well equipped in a great location overlooking the boardwalk. No bad surprises. The “Bring your own linens/towels” policy is a little unusual, but it is well documented. We would stay here again.

This was easy. Scheduling and communication right on point, the property is exactly as shown in excellent condition, parking was amazing and the view will surely make us want to do it again. Cannot say enough about the entire rental. Perfection.

Absolutely loved this condo! There was plenty of space for my husband and I and our two adult children
 and could easily have fit two more. It was cozy and had everything that we needed. The master suite was lovely, and the bed was so comfortable! The views were beautiful and the outdoor patio Was definitely used a lot. There were plenty of things to do within walkable distances as well as restaurants. The only remotely negative Is the parking. If you have multiple cars coming, it’s tricky but doable. There is street parking available so we just parked our extra cars on the street (which can be tricky) and the car that we drove around we kept in the space that came with the condo. Overall, the building was quiet and Joshua was very quick to respond to any inquiries that we had. Plus, left us a great gift! If our family is ever back in Ocean City, we will definitely stay here again.

This was our third year staying and once again it was a great week (other than the rain!). Josh is quick with replies to any questions or needs. Check in is very easy. The unit is as advertised and has been excellent for our family of six - now adults. The welcome gift is just the cherry on top. I highly recommend staying here. 5 Stars all the way!

Beautiful place with an amazing view! I honestly cannot say enough good things about the condo. It was extremely clean, beautiful inside comfortable and our family enjoyed sitting on the spacious deck having our morning coffee or hanging out in the evening listening to the ocean laughing and talking! Thank you Sarah and Joshua for sharing your beautiful home with us so we could make some amazing memories!

This property was perfect for the 4 of us; me, my husband, our 6 year old son and my mom. The condo was exactly as listed, very clean, and perfect location for dolphin spotting and people watching! This place was by far the cleanest that we’ve ever stayed in at OCMD! Modern, comfy, and close to everything. The games provided for families, as well as the nightlights and sound machines were added bonuses for our kids. Highly recommend!
