    Varje rum i denna enhet har renoverats under de senaste tre åren.

    Sovrum: King Size Bed (ersatt madrass 2019), plattskärms-TV med xfinity-kabel, på svit badrum med ny duschkabin (renoverad våren 2019). Inuti badrummet är dörren till tvättstuga med FULL STORLEK tvättmaskin och torktumlare (i enhet, ingen anledning att gå någon annanstans).

    Andra sovrummet: Queen Size Bed, Full Size / Twin Pyramid våningssäng.

    Andra badrummet: renoverat 2018. Ny badkar, ny handfat, nya golv. TV med Xfinity-kabel.

    New Chef's Kitchen: Renoverad våren 2018. Granitbänkskivor, mjuka stängda skåp, ryggskydd i brickor, alla rostfria vitvaror, ismaskin i frys!

    Vardagsrum: Soffa med drottning utdragen. Tvåbäddsäng som kan placeras i vardagsrummet eller foten av sängen i sovrummet.

    I enhetens wifi (wifi tillhandahålls av karusell är mycket långsamt på sommaren men denna enhet har sitt eget 300 Mbps modem och wifi-router. På det här sättet delar du inte den enda enheten med resten av byggnaden (ingen fördröjning eller förseningar även under toppveckor).

    Största varmvattenberedare tillåtet med kod. På så sätt kan hela familjen komma upp från stranden och ta en dusch, mot att behöva vänta eller gå till middag utan att skölja bort eftersom den normala 25 gallon-enheten bara är tillräckligt för 2 eller 3 personer innan du tar en kall dusch.

    Helt ny VVS-enhet installerad hösten 2017. Extremt KALT även under de hetaste sommardagarna.

Paul place was exactly as he states but what he can't tell you about is the view it's wonderful just to sit on the balcony and just watch the waves...lovely.

Enough space for 2 families with 2 children. We cooked in the space often. Had all of the amenities that we needed. Washer and dryer were new. Beds were comfortable with extra pillows and blankets. Easy to clean. Centrally located close to restaurants I’ve cream shopping grocery stores. Perfect view of ocean and bay. Worth renting.

Excellent views of the beach and ocean. They have comfortable patio furniture to relax on while enjoying our morning coffee and listening to the sound of the surf. Great view of the bay. Condo was very clean and all furniture was comfortable as were the beds.Communication with the owner via vrbo was easy and prompt. From the time we initially made contact through check in the owner was very responsive. We will definitely stay here again.

10/10 Highly recommend! This location was perfect for our family vacation. The condo was spacious and clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. It was nice having a full washer and dryer. Towels and linen were included which was nice. The 2 full baths and bedrooms allowed us all to have room to get ready in and rest without feeling like we were on top of each other. Having a grocery store, liquor store, and Dunkin Donuts right across the street was perfect. Parking lot/garage always had open parking spots. There was a lot to do. We went ice skating with the kids, enjoyed a movie on the beach, and dined both at the bar and restaurant. It was like being at a small resort. The ocean-front view was exceptional! We would definitely book again. Thanks to the host for clear communication and a wonderful week vacation rental.

This condo unit was exactly as described. Very clean and welcoming unit. Check in was easy as was check out. Practically everything needed was available in this unit. Being able to control the room temperature was a plus. Plenty of games, puzzle and books. Beds were satisfactory for good nights sleep. Located close to food markets, CVS, WaWa, restaurants, seafood, etc. almost forgot you can walk out of the lobby right to the beach. Our host was easily accessible to reply to our questions . Had a wonderful weekend here and look forward to booking here again.

This was an amazing stay!! The condo was one of the cleanest I have been in. Paul was a fantastic host. Great communication with fast response. The condo had everything we needed. Paul really thought of everything for our comfort. Cant wait to do it again!!

Had a wonderful stay. The condo was beautiful. The kids loves swimming in ocean and pools. I, at 83, loved sitting on balcony watching the ocean and everyone on the beach. Nice breezes and sunny everyday. Would come back in a heartbeat. Best vacation ever.
