Relax on the expansive balcony which you can enter from the living room. Enjoy the ocean sounds and peacefulness of this north Ocean City location. This condo got a facelift in 2024 including all new paint, kitchen appliances including a waffle iron, new bathroom vanities and new patio furniture. Condo is on the 3rd floor and there is an elevator in the building. You'll enjoy free parking for 2 cars and high-speed internet Wi-Fi/internet is included. Washer/Dryer in condo. The main oceanfront bedroom has a queen-sized bed, the second bedroom has a double bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a sleep sofa so you can sleep 8 people comfortably. *Please note the balcony door from the main bedroom cannot be used at this time to access the balcony. However, you can access the same balcony from the large living room doors.

*Linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $135. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.

Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.
