Direct Oceanfront 3 bedroom condo perfect for family and friends with pools

3 large bedrooms, 2 full baths. Sleeps 8 to 12. Spacious open concept living room, dining room, updated kitchen. Cozy balcony overlooking the Ocean.

Ocean front views from the master bedroom, and living area. The other two bedrooms have both ocean and bay views. There is a full sized laundry closet.

Master bedroom has a king size bed.
Bedroom #2 has queen bed, and
Bedroom #3 has 2 pyramid bunk beds (full on bottom, twin on the top) - easily sleeps 4 but could sleep 6)
Living room has a queen Sofa bed.

Kitchen is fully stocked.

PLEASE bring your own towels, bed linens and toiletries. Pillows, comforters and blankets are provided.
If linens and/or towels are needed, they can be rented at Ocean City Beach and Linen Rental. Phone number is (410)524-7057. They are located on 78th street.
Rose's on 94th street is also a cheap place to buy if perferred.

Our host Phil was very responsive with questions. The condo was beautiful and an amazing view! We had lots of fun even though it was cold and rainy. Woke up to fabulous sunrise outside our bedroom window the morning of check out.

You cannot beat the location of this property! It’s in a very nice spot on the ocean side. It is right on the beach with minimal walking. The check in process can be a little rough. The unit is on the 22nd floor, and there are 3 elevators. If you are trying to bring stuff in around check-in time, it can take a while. The same goes for check-out. They do nothing to control the elevators, so you’re competing with 25 floors. If you have young children like we do, there is no way to lock or safeguard the balcony which is 22 floors up. For the safety of everyone, the door should have the same safeguards as a slider that lets out to a pool. This should be fixed immediately. We were able to save on meals with 10 people by using the kitchen. It’s so close to the beach and pool that you can easily go back for lunch. Overall, we would go back, but we would have to insist a safeguard is placed on the balcony slider.

Great place with amazing views! I won’t t repeat others but know they are true! Clean, comfortable, roomy! I didn’t see anyone else mention but the AC is on point! The condo was a nice cool 70 our entire trip which is important in the summer heat! Master shower is fantastically roomie which is great when washing up littles with sand everywhere. Fridge was great, sometimes those are not great at rentals.

Amazing family-sized condo! Beautiful place and ocean views!

We had 3 generations of our family stay in Phil’s condo and it exceeded our expectations.The condo itself is beautiful and updated. It comfortably slept 10 of us. It is clean & spacious. The open concept kitchen allowed all of us to share meals together. We played board games at night together in the living room/kitchen area. The ocean views are spectacular.Phil is a great communicator and was responsive to our messages. We will definitely stay here again!

Great stay

We had 4 adults and 4 kids and had a wonderful stay. The living area is a very good size. The views of the beach are great and on our last night, we got some good shots of the moonlight reflecting off of the ocean. Phil was a great host and was very responsive to all of our questions. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Great location and very spacious!

Wonderful time at the property. The view is amazing and cooking in the morning with that view was a great way to start the day! Easy key pickup, parking and location. This place had so much space an d with two teenagers it was great for them to have their own space. Owner was a joy to work with! Would stay here again!

Family Fall Trip

Wanted a long weekend. Thursday-Sunday with a veiw of the ocean. This condo is just what it was. Each bedorom was a great size and the amenities at the building were great as well.

Lovely Spot for Family Gathering
