Views that cant be beat! Enjoy the sunrise over the ocean every morning on your balcony, endless ocean views during the day and a sunset over the bay in the evening from the front balcony!

Enjoy our completely renovated condo in the prestigious Golden Sands condo building. The unit is spacious, modern and can sleep up to 5 people. A comfortable queen bed in the bedroom with a view of the bay, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a sleeper chair that can easily fit a adult or child to sleep on. You will have fresh sheets and linens and comforters are cleaned between each rental. Air conditioning, washer/dryer in the unit, high speed internet, smart tv with cable and dvd player are all some of the amenities in the condo! Kitchen is stocked with everything you'd need to cook a full meal if you desire!

Golden sands resort offers so many amenities you wouldn't need to leave if you didn't want! A outside pool with a tiki bar, a lounge deck, a kiddie pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard, beach volleyball court, a snack shop, deli, ice cream shop and all adjoining with the beach and ocean just steps away! Also a arcade, a indoor pool, sauna, game room and gym all in the penthouse overlooking the ocean! Happy Hour with live entertainment is offered many nights a week at the tiki bar on the pool deck!

In the evening enjoy all Ocean City has to offer with many restaurants nearby and if you choose to head down to the boardwalk, bus service stops right outside the condo building! Check out the chamber of commerce link for all theres to do in OC!

*Golden Sands will charge a $50 amenity/parking fee at check in which will give you a parking and amenity pass. If you need more then one parking spot you can buy one from them for $20.

*A $300 damage deposit is taken and is automatically refunded 13 days from check out if there is no damage.
NOTE: The building is a non smoking building including inside our unit and on the balcony.
We cannot allow pets.

This was the perfect stay in a great location. We absolutely loved our stay in this Golden Sands condo. The condo was updated and super clean (and I am picky). The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. The owner even provided a supply of starter kitchen and bathroom supplies, which was more than adequate for our holiday weekend stay. We’ve stayed in several condos in the building over the years, and this one was by far the cleanest and most renovated. Christina’s communication both before and during our stay was great…not intrusive, but quickly responsive to any questions I had.We love having the multiple pool options, with both an outdoor and an indoor pool (just in case you get a cooler or rainy day). The building’s tiki bar has really great food and drinks (and the best crab cake we’ve had in OC). The staff at the tiki bar are wonderful. And our child loved the game room and ice cream.This condo is a gem and we are so glad we found it. It

We absolutely loved the view of the ocean! Place was clean and tidy. The amenities (beach locker with chairs and beach access) that come with this listing were awesome! They even had some toys for kids to play with so if your party includes kids, they already got you covered. Everyone was very friendly including front desk staff as well as all of our neighbors that we ran into on the elevators - goes to show how well they treat their guests cause everyone was in such a great mood. Didn’t see a single sour face in there. The main bed and pull out couch were both surprisingly comfortable! They did not disappoint! Would recommend!

Weekend mini-vacay

My husband and I took our two kids here (ages 4 and 6) for the weekend. We had a wonderful stay. The property was clean and the location was perfect for a quiet getaway with kid friendly accommodations. The pool and snack bar on the property were great and the location was close to lots of attractions and right on the beach. Highly recommend!

Great Ocean Getaway

The condo is perfect for two. It has an amazing ocean views from the balcony, direct beach access and is close to everything, but out of the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk. The condo was very clean and comfortable and our checkin process was seamless. Christina our host was on top of her game and easy to access if necessary. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay was wonderful. It was perfect for our family of 4. The building was ocean front with a private path to the beach. In mere minutes you can be on the beach from your room. The condo was exactly as described. There was a full kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer, full size refrigerator and freezer, and central air conditioning. The kitchen had all the necessary items to cook and eat meals. The living room area and bedroom were equipped with tv’s and DVD players. The balcony was an awesome perk. The sliding glass door opened to allow the sound of crashing waves and refreshing ocean breezes in. The balcony had two chairs which allowed us to unwind in the evening. The unit faces directly east and west so you can see a sunrise every morning and a sunset every evening by standing on the open hallway outside of the unit. The unit has a generosity stocked beach locker that was available to us during our stay. The building has many amenities. There is an indoor and outdoor pool, a Tiki bar, sand volleyball court, private beach, sport courts, and outdoor games. The unit has an assigned parking spot at the building which made the usual parking hassles disappear. The building provides security for the parking lot, lobby and common areas of the building. The owner was very attentive and responded quickly to any questions or issues we had during our stay. Overall this was the perfect place to call home during our trip to the beach.

Great stay!

The condo was very clean and comfortable. My husband and I stayed for five nights. The view from the condo is beautiful! Friends of ours stayed elsewhere and had no hot water, their room wasn’t ready on time and had other issues. I had no issues, everything worked very well. The owner gave every detail to me before my stay so it made everything so easy for our stay. Would recommend this condo very highly and I am a very picky person! Thank you again for a great stay!!

Highly enjoyable beach vacation!

This oceanfront property was a great getaway for our family of four. The bed was comfortable, the condo was clean and the view and location are superb! The listing was very accurate, the only critiques that we would have, is that it could use an updated cookware set and a table on the balcony to set our coffee on while we watch the amazing sunrise. We would definitely return to this same condo for a future trip to OCMD! Thank you so much!
