Braemar Towers 1209 is a two bedroom, two bathroom condo located on the 3rd floor of the south tower, overlooking the pool. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, in the 2nd bedroom there is 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed, and a queen sleep sofa in the living room. Enjoy ocean and beach views from the balcony. The condo has a full kitchen with a dishwasher, a washer/dryer, central air, 2 TV’s, 1 DVD player, and free WIFI. Access to a private beach locker is provided with this rental. Limit of 6 people. The owner pays for your full linen package for full week stays (fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillow cases for each bed, including the sleep sofa; and 6 sets of bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths) Delivery & pick-up included..
