When we arrived, there was trash in the kitchen can, and crumbs and fresh pizza sauce on the dining room tablecloth. The cleaning company texted to verify cleanliness of location, and offered to clean, but we had already handled it.
The living room and bedroom verticals were not functioning properly, so we could never open them without manually fixing them every time. This, we kept them closed.
Finally, the laundry room door lock was not functioning properly. The management office changed out keys, but the door would not consistently open. They advised they would contact the owners to replace the lock, since this was the original lock. The lock was not changed during our stay.
I felt this unit was way overpriced, considering the unit had no upgrades and was in fair condition. Our daughter was in another unit that cost less and had been upgraded. We would not stay in this unit again, but are planning to come back to Sea Watch next year.
