Enjoy this one-of-a-kind luxury building featuring an indoor and outdoor pool, children’s pool, a huge oceanfront sundeck with chairs, tables, and umbrellas, whirlpool, sauna, NEW outside bar and grill called the Jolly Jellyfish, open during the summer season, as well as an inside bar and restaurant. True oceanfront – incredible views from the living room and master bedroom. This upgraded condo is beautiful, immaculate, and the kitchen is very well stocked with new appliances. The unit is equipped with Xfinity TV (3), including a 65" HDTV in the living room and a 55" HDTV in the master bedroom, 3 DVDs, Free Wi-Fi, memory foam mattresses in both bedrooms, and both sofa beds have pillow-top mattress pads for added comfort. Both bathrooms were remodeled in 2020, with the master bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. There is central A/C, a phone, and parking for 2 cars. The building charges a non-refundable registration fee, additional parking spots are available for $15 per spot upon availability. The condo is non-smoking and no pets are allowed. Occupancy is 7. Please note – sheets, towels, paper, and cleaning products are not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
** We now have two dedicated spaces that are located along the ocean front wall on the south side of the building. In those two spaces are Blink Electric Car Chargers. These are level 2 chargers.

Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
