++ For extra reliability, this apartment has its own WIFI connection. TV instructions (if needed) will guide you on how to switch between streaming and cable.
++A kitchen is packed with useful small appliances in case you decide to have a quiet dinner at home. From Instant Pot to pizza makers, to a regular and Keurig coffee, cappuccino&latte maker, you'll enjoy your kitchen experiences. Spices, condiments, and oils are stocked for your needs.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

** Golden Sands (like the rest of the resorts in Ocean City) charges a $75 resort fee (credit cards are accepted) upon your arrival. It includes a FREE guest parking permit and access to all the facilities, including the three pools, fitness center, and saunas. It is payable at the Registration Desk. If there is a line to get registered or an attendant is not available you can do it at a later time after you settle in your unit as your keypad code and the parking space number will be provided to you in advance of your trip.

**Linens and towels are not provided and should be supplied by the guests. Please bring your own queen-size linens. Alternatively, you can purchase a set at the Roses discount store across the street for under $20 or rent it from our cleaning company for $25 a set.
** You need to be 18 years or older to book, however, a complimentary bottle of wine is provided only to guests who are 21 or older.
** Free parking anywhere on the premises in the off-season. Free parking
pass for one car during the season. Renting a parking space for the
second car is an option and can be arranged at the registration desk.
** A reliable Private WIFI and a secure Building WIFI are provided at no cost.
** Please make sure that all three remote controls (for TV, Cable, and
Streaming) are available after you check-in and before you check out.

** During the " in-season" the car must be removed from the parking space
by 11 am at checkout.
** It is a No Smoking building. Smoking is in the designated areas only.
** No pets.
** On-site Tiki bar, gift shops, and ice cream parlor are closed during the off--
season (approximately from Labor to Memorial Day)
** The indoor pool saunas and fitness center are open from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.
