You'll pass Bedroom 2 and the Den on your way down the hall to the Living Area and Kitchen.The Owners of this bright Condo have thought of virtually everything to make your stay one of a kind. You'll love sinking into the comfy Living Room Sofa, also a Queen Sleeper Sofa, after a day of soaking up the sun on the Beach or by the pool. Cool off in the AC while you relax and enjoy the Free WiFi and Flat Screen TV. A large Private Balcony gives southern Views of the Ocean making it a fabulous place to begin your day watching the Sunrise. Outdoor Dining Furniture makes it an awesome place to dine Al Fresco while enjoying that salty sweet sea breeze!

The spacious and well-appointed Kitchen is perfect for preparing family meals without missing a moment of quality time together. Enjoy plenty of seating at the dining table, though you'll likely want to dine al fresco as much as possible! If cooking isn't on your vacation agenda, you can easily walk to numerous nearby restaurants, ranging from fine dining to the World Famous Greene Turtle.

Just off the Living Area is the Primary Bedroom with a cozy Queen Bed, Flat Screen TV, and attached Bath with Walk-in Shower. With its own Private Balcony Access, you can sneak out to catch a glimpse of the moon over the Ocean or start your day with a Sunrise before anyone else wakes. Just down the hall is a 2nd Full Bath with Shower/Tub Combo is conveniently located central to the Living Area as well as Bedroom 2 and the Den. Bedroom 2 is a serene escape, with another plush Queen Bed while the Den, just across the hall is a great space for the kiddos with 2 Twin Bunk Beds.

The Sea Watch charges a Registration Fee of $75 Cash or Credit and includes 1 Parking Permit, additional spaces MAY be available upon arrival with an additional fee.. There is a 7’ height maximum to enter the garage.

Outdoor pool is seasonal, Memorial Day to Labor Day. Indoor pool hours available upon request. Amenities are available at the discretion of the building and can not be guaranteed. Building is 100% Smoke-Free, balconies included.

Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.

There is absolutely NO Smoking or vaping permitted on property. Violations may lead to additional charges and possible eviction without refund.
