New flooring and shades. Light and airy! Newly remodeled hall bathroom.
Sea Watch is a very popular and desired condo building, featuring many amenities. Rain or shine there is much to do, even if it’s just much needed relaxing on the balcony, sipping coffee and watching the action and beautiful views below. Both the ocean and bay views are outstanding.
Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils and pots. Some spices too! A keurig and coffee pot are available, as well as a toaster, blender and mixer etc.

Ocean City boardwalk only minutes away. You can leave your car in the garage and take a bus to the inlet. Plenty of restaurants, mini golf and various entertainments all up and down Coastal Hwy. Take your pick and enjoy!

Amenities include: Exercise room, sauna, cinema, game room, pool table, tennis courts, basketball, volleyball, play ground, indoor and outdoor pools and lovely beach to enjoy. Indoor games and puzzles in house. A few beach chairs and sand toys for your convenience.

Please bring your own linens, towels, toiletries and paper goods. ( one king, one double and one single. There is also a queen sleeper sofa if needed.) Blankets and pillows are provided.
Linens and towels can be provided by a professional linen service (with additional cost) by calling owner with details on number of people.


There is a $65 dollar parking fee for each car per stay, collected by garage security at check in. There are electric vehicle hookups available. No pets are allowed. I live here when not rented and with my many allergies I cannot accept emotional support animals either. Thank you for respecting this rule.

Sea Watch condo is a smoke free building (including balconies) and a fine will be imposed if violated. (except for designated smoking areas).

Family vacation

We enjoyed our time here in OCMD. This condo was lovely comfortable and well appointed. Such beautiful views of the ocean! We got to see awesome fireworks for the 4th of july on our balcony all over the beach below.

Sea watch condo

My husband and daughters (8, 11, and 13) really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was clean and had all the appliances we needed. The girls loved having their own room with 2 beds and the master bedroom had a beautiful ocean view. The ocean view from the Southside was amazing! We loved being so close to the beach and having and indoor and outdoor pool, movie theater, and arcade. The girls were never bored! Would definitely recommend this condo…just remember it is on the 16th floor. However very close to the elevator which was nice. The owner, Jenielle was great and very responsive. Thank you!

Nice Stay

We enjoyed out stay at this Condo. The communication with the host was great, check-in was seamless. The Condo had a nice balcony and view of the ocean. Great amenities for children. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful getaway

Fabulous Family Getaway

We enjoyed staying at this lovely property with such a breathtaking view. The owner promptly replied and communicated with us regarding our needs. The location was convenient, quick elevators with hardly any wait. The unit was clean and had everything you would need being away from home. We will definitely be back!

Rest, relax, Retreat at the Beach

The owner was a great communicator throughout my entire stay. I had one tiny issue with the pin not working on the door lock one day, but Jennielle almost instantly answered text and remotely resolved issue. Didn't have any other problems going forward. The room is a typical beach condo, small, but packs in everything you will need for a nice stay. There were plenty of dishes to use for cooking and preparing meals, which we did. Having small kids, isn't the easiest to go out and eat. We stayed pretty busy there between the beach, pools, and playgrounds (both on-site and off-site). So really in the room to only eat and sleep. There is a tub to give kids bath, it was clean, but I still gave it a once over scrubbing. She has a toy box there with some small kid toys, games, and puzzles. We brought toys, but when my girls saw these, it was like new toys to them, so that was an unexpected added bonus. There is a non heated outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, and small outdoor heated kiddie pool. One gripe I had (which is not owners fault) was older kids, like 10+, playing in a 1ft deep kiddie pool, but kids will be kids, when there isn't any parent consideration. The outdoor pool was a little too chilly for my kids (3 and 18 mths), so we stuck to indoor and kiddie pool. This is my 2nd stay at SeaWatch, will return. It is far enough away from the large crowds, but close enough to drive to boardwalk if you want to visit for an evening.

Wonderful stay!

Loved this condo! The entire building and pool are kept very clean. The condo was also very clean. Accurate photos and description. Great communication from owner. Check in was so easy and plenty of luggage carts and rolling bins for everyone to use. Would definitely stay here again!! Shout out to the security staff for the pizza recommendation…Pino’s pizza was the best!!

Great place, has all you need.

Very pleased with picking this place to stay this year. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The owner is also very friendly. The building itself has a great playground for kids as well as a nice kiddie pool. The whole property is very kid friendly. We give this place two thumbs up, and we will definitely stay again.

Family time

This home was just purchased and the new owner is trying to fix many things inside the condo. The location is fantastic. The interior needs a serious upgrade. The kitchen is somewhat updated but the rest of the condo is in dire need. The hallway bathroom has a very loud vent that needs to be updated. I think the location is great but I think until it is updated the pricing is very high for what you can use. The living room furniture is very bulky and takes up most of the room and has a strange layout. Owner is trying and I am curious in time how this will look.

Wonderful vacation
