Offering a great location on the side of an oceanfront building, just blocks from the historic Ocean City Boardwalk, this two-bedroom condo will bring ease and comfort to your next beach vacation.

The light-filled living space features a fully equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher), a living room with a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and glass doors that lead outside to a breezy balcony. Enjoy central air conditioning, free WiFi throughout the condo, and a private washer/dryer to refresh your swimsuits nightly.

On the grounds, you'll have access to an elevated outdoor swimming pool overlooking the ocean. In this convenient part of Ocean City (35th Street), not only will you enjoy direct access to the beach - you'll be within blocks of the historic Ocean City Boardwalk, popular restaurants, casual eateries, bustling nightlife, and all sorts of great shops and conveniences.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

It’s a comfortable condo with a nice location. We enjoyed being so close to the beach and having a balcony overlooking the ocean. The condo is walkable to restaurants and coffee shops. It’s really close to the beach shuttle stops too. The only thing that I did not realize about the listing was that they don’t provide hand soap. It was easily fixed with a trip to the drugstore.

Family Beach Trip

The unit itself was very nice…the kitchen was well equipped. The building has some strict rules-quiet hours, pool closes at 8pm, etc. but it’s understandable as it’s not a “party” area so it is great for families with young kids. Parking is plentiful but a little tricky with a full size truck. The beach access was super easy. I would highly recommend this unit!

Great location, convenient

Wonderfully appointed, our unit provided paper towels, t/p, toiletries, laundry and dishwasher pods - all of which were a welcome surprise! We enjoyed our stay here very much. Things were generally neat and tidy but the floors could use a good cleaning as they turned the bottoms of our feet/socks quite dirty. Bring something to block the light in the windows if you plan to stay with young children, particularly for the double bedroom.

Great Spot

We enjoyed our stay here! The condo was perfect for family. We usually stay on the boardwalk but this was still a nice location. It was easy to go up and down from the condo to the beach throughout the day. Just one thing- the property management company, Vacasa, isn’t good about responding to messages.

Perfect location

Stayed for 5 days/4 nights in Aug 2022. The location was perfect. It is right on the beach with a nice view of the ocean and sunrise from the balcony. It is just a few blocks up from the end of the boardwalk which makes it quiet and relaxing but still in walking distance to many restaurants, shops and attractions. The condo itself was decorated beautifully and quiet comfortable for our 3 adults and 3 teens ages 17, 14, and 14. Everything we needed was there including a keurig, lots of towels, extra blankets, dishes, bakeware, utensils. We enjoyed a seafood boil at the large table and multiple games of Uno. I would absolutely recommend it and stay again.
