    The Space:

    The Golden Sands, located in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want without needing to leave the building complex. Enjoy the beach, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, oceanfront volleyball, and game and exercise rooms! During the summer season, visit the beach bar and grill, sandwich shop, convenience store, and gift shops. Wake up every single day to the unmistakable sound of the crashing waves at this perfect beach condo! It has everything you and your guests could ever need to spend a carefree and restful vacation. It features a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials, central air-conditioning, a private balcony with Adirondack chairs overlooking the water, on-site washer/dryer for your laundry needs, comfortable and inviting furniture, and TV with cable.



    Things to Know

    The building provides complimentary WiFi as a courtesy, but it is not guaranteed.

    The indoor pool and large outdoor pool will not accommodate children in diapers. There is an outdoor kiddie pool provided for children in diapers.

    Per building management, cannabis is prohibited everywhere on the Golden Sands grounds.



    Assigned Parking begins Sunday 6/6/26 through 9/11/26. In Season Check in and Parking instructions:

    NO EARLY PARKING or NO EARLY CHECK-INS ***No Early Parking and space numbers are NOT the same as the unit number.

    ***SATURDAYS ONLY… ****Security Staff will be positioned in the parking lot to give you your parking permit and parking space number at your check in time through 8pm, after 8pm please go to the front desk in the lobby of the Golden Sands building. There is 1 parking space available and Building Policy is a strict No early parking. Vehicles may not be parked or left unattended during the move in or move out process. All vehicles must be parked in your assigned parking space or your vehicle is subject to booting or towing at the vehicle owner’s expense. Parking tags must be displayed at all times. ***No Early Parking and space numbers are NOT the same as the unit number.

    ***SUNDAY through FRIDAY…June 6th, 2026 through September 11th, 2026 ****Please see the front desk in the lobby of the Golden Sands for your parking permit at your check in time. Please have your check in email ready for staff. ***



    Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Very Relaxing Stay

Great Family Mini Vaca

We had such a great time at this oceanfront condo! We love being able to stay right on the beach! Condo was clean and well stocked. Only negative was a little sand on the floor but that is to be expected at the beach.

Beautiful condo

We were here for my nephew’s wedding at the Golden Sands this unit was beautiful. Clean open and the window view from the bedroom was awesome. Definitely would stay at this one again. Check in easy and the staff there was so nice. Thanks for a great experience.

Clean and great layout

This condo is clean and has a great layout for families. Only wish we could’ve gotten the tv’s to work. The toilet on the bayside runs, so you have to lift the valve to stop it every time you flush. Nice dishes and cookware. Appliances were also very nice.

Everything was just as pictured. It was super clean and spacious. If I had any critiques they would be that the water pressure in the master shower was not very strong and that the wifi didn't work. The wifi not working forced the teens to actually interact with us and each other, so in my opinion that was a bonus!

The view is worth it

Our stay was lovely. The unit was clean. The kitchen could use an update. Nothing was broken and nothing was unusable, you can just tell the kitchen supplies are well loved. The building itself is older but it was off season and you could see that maintenance was starting to get things updated and ready for the summer. I don’t think we’d stay at Golden Sands again but for the view it was worth it.

Great time perfect location

The view was incredible ! Overlooks the tiki bar and entertainment patio great drinks and really great food. Whole staff was so friendly. Room had great accommodations as well as the paradise view of the ocean as well as the bay side. Golden sands also in a great location, near great resultants and short distance to the boardwalk and bridge that takes you to the bay side where you will find the best outdoor seating overlooking the bay. Try hoopers there excellent food. Great marina at same place to rent boat tours and jet skis. We did !!!! All around a great experience and vacation. CANT WAIT TO GET BACK. Thanks

Terrific views of the beach - love this building!

Went to OC for a long weekend. Check-in is super-easy. The unit was very clean, equipped with plenty of towels, beds already made up. The fourth-floor view is amazing (with four Adirondack chairs on the balcony). A few cosmetic things could be done to improve the condo (e.g., repair broken towel rod in bathroom) but none of this impacted our enjoyment. Remember to bring a hair dryer if you need one - I overlooked that one would not be provided. The view from the 22nd floor of the building is absolutely breathtaking! Gym is located there, along with a 4-foot indoor pool, two pool tables, and some pinball-type games, Reasonably-priced for this time of the year and met our needs. Kukos to the friendly receptionist in the building!!

Great building, but.....

This unit was simply terrible. One entire drawer in the kitchen was totally missing. The other two did not slide open, but we had to drag them to open them. The Formica counter seam, a foot to the right of the sink was lifted. The fridge had a shelf missing and three shelves on the fridge door were broken. Two lamps had no light bulbs. Two ceiling lights were burned out. Shame on all of you, owners and management company for even trying to rent this unit. It's a dump. Go take a physical look at it. You should all be embarrassed. This listing gives VBRO a bad name. I'd like a refund.
