    • Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Nice, very clean condo! We very much enjoyed our time in this rental. Peaceful location with good views, enjoyed the pools, and the nearby park. Well-stocked kitchen, appreciated the towels and linens provided. Bring your own beach chairs!

The views in this unit were spectacular, pool was great and location was ideal as it was quiet but still a short walk away to restaurants, beach, park, stores...We really enjoyed our stay and hope to rent again.

Awesome place and great location.

Enjoyed our stay, the unit was very clean and furnished nicely. Kitchen was well equipped with everything, including a Brita water carafe. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was as advertised, enjoyed our entire stay. It was nice to walk in and say that this place was exactly as depicted in the pictures. More than we could ask for, especially with the convenience of the park and activities right next door.

Annual OCMD Vacation

This place was wonderful - spacious, clean, with great views from the front and back decks. Right next to Northside Park, where we love to run in the morning. Plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Lovely Condo on the Bay

We enjoyed our stay very much. Great deck overlooking the bay, very clean, 15 min walk from the beach. Short walk to 3 ice cream parlors, mini golf, and a pizza place. Thank you for letting us vacation at your beautiful beach condo!

The condo was very nice and clean. There are a lot of steps to the 3rd floor. My only suggestion would be to add some curtains to the bedrooms, the outdoor hall lights were bright for my small children. And a shorter combo code for the door. The back porch views were great and the location was perfect. The Sunday night fireworks were RIGHT THERE and a huge hit for our kids.

Warm and Inviting

We felt very welcomed at this recently renovated and tastefully decorated condo on the Island at Hidden Harbor. Close to everything north OC has to offer with a beautiful view in many directions. The owner put a lot of thought into making our stay comfortable.
