Great place

This place was just as pictured! Bob did an amazing job providing recommendations to us as it was our first time. The recommendations he suggested were also amazing and he was very fast at responding to emails per questions we had. Definitely a great place to stay and the pool was an added bonus especially for our kids. The shower is amazing as well! I would highly recommend this condo and we can't wait to come back in thr future!

Outstanding. Exceeded my expectations!

I don't write many reviews, but if I could give this 10 stars, I would! This place is immaculate with beautiful sunsets. It has everything you could possibly need. The host is friendly, helpful, and attentive. He emailed clear information prior to my stay and I felt very comfortable. The location was ideal for my stay in Ocean City. It's a few blocks off the Bay Bridge, conveniently located to everything. Parking is simple and easy. Definitely planning on staying there next time I visit OC. Highly recommend!

Bob is a great host with superb communication

Bob gave us ample information about the condo and check in prior to us arriving. He also sent recommendations for restaurants and things to do near the condo. He also let me know that I can check out at my leisure on the last day since no one was checking in right after us on the same day. Checkin was easy at the lobby and they gave us electronic lock keys to the room. The condo is small however for our family of 4 with two kids under 10 it was adequate. Bathroom is spacious with a big rain shower which made giving kids a bath after a day at the beach a breeze. Water pressure was great! The balcony has great view of the bayside and it was beautiful to wake up to each morning. Overall I highly recommend this host and his place!

Definition of an excellent host and rental

Why we loved this unit (no particular order): 1. CLEAN!! This was one of the cleanest units we’ve stayed at in our travels. The owner does the actual cleaning and the place was spotless. 2. EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION from the host, including checking in with us in the week leading up to our check-in, along with personal recs (host is local), and an informative binder in the condo explaining the unit/community…extremely helpful and thoughtful. 3. Huge shower-what a luxury while on vacation 4. Within walking distance to beach 5. Walking distance to local restaurant (Fager’s Island). This was nice for meals, but also for a nightcap 6. Central location and easy access to a number of OC attractions. We enjoyed time in MD, DE, VA, and a longer day trip to NJ 7. Comfortable bed and pillows 8. On-site entertainment-swimming pool, game room w/cornhole, ping pong and more. We worked off some calories using all of them 9. The unit itself is aesthetically pleasing in its design and interior decor showing the owner’s intentional selections 10. Bayside view, which meant gorgeous sunsets- listening to Fager’s playing the 1812 Overture at sunset…complete with cannons going off as the sun goes below the horizon. An experience to enjoy both from the balcony, as well as at Fager’s 11. The little things that make traveling and vacation easy-Keurig with plenty of kcups/creamer/sugar, toiletries that lasted us the week, access to TV streaming service.

Nice Condo with amazing views!

We had a very nice stay. Bob the owner was great and gave us a lot of information about the condo. The condo is renovated and up to date. The bathroom shower and double sinks were nice! We would recommend this condo. Big enough for two people which is ideal. 2 small Children could sleep on sofa bed. We will stay here again!

Best Condo in OC

My 15 year old and I stayed at this condo, perfect size for a small family. This condo is all beautifully redone and in a perfect location. Many rentals do not include sheets & towels, but this one does! I’m a perfectionist so I figured there would be something I could say needs improvement however it is amazing & clean as can be. The owner, Bob, also a pleasure to deal with. Responds quickly and truly wants his renters to be completely satisfied. I will be staying here again next year!

Lovely apartment for couples and small families

First and foremost, Bob is a wonderful host. He makes check in and check out a breeze, clear communication via email, and provides lots of great information about vacationing in Ocean City. The apartment offered my husband, our two year old, my sister, and myself the perfect amount of room. It was also spotlessly clean. Convenient location for families, short walk to the beach, easy drive to the boardwalk, and lots of restaurants nearby to choose from. Thank you, again, to Bob.

Bayside Perfection

Very bright and clean freshly renovated condo was perfect for our vacation!! Very homey with lots of personal touches by the attentive owner that made for an enjoyable stay. Beautiful sunsets viewed from the balcony and easy access to the beach. Just wonderful!

Adorable Condo!

This condo was beautiful! The resort itself isnt the nicest... I was a little sketchy after getting off the elevator, but as soon as I opened the door I was shocked at how nice and clean this condo was! It was stocked with everything you need for your stay and it had a beautiful view of the bay on the balcony! Waking up every morning here was a peaceful experience! The resort pool was pretty nice and offered a hot tub as well. There isnt a game room for kids but a "billiard room" and a small gym in the top of the resort. We didnt use those. This condo definitely made up for the outdated hotel! I will absolutely stay here again!

Charming Beautiful Bayside Beach Condo

Love the location and charming decor of this comfy newly renovated condo. My husband and I enjoyed the view of the bay and quick walk to Fagers Island for a fun and relaxing getaway. Appreciate Ben the owner's hospitably and responsiveness. Would recommend this location just save a spot on the calendar for us to come back.
