Featuring a screened deck, private dock and spacious yard, this 4-bedroom, 2.5 bath home sleeps 12 and can accommodate the whole family, including your family dog! The canal allows access to the Isle of Wight Bay, just south of Assawoman Bay and across from Ocean City restaurants and attractions.

After a full day visiting the boardwalk, shopping the outlets, playing golf or winning at the casino, retire to the family room or one of the bedrooms to stream your favorites on the many flatscreen TVs.

This home is situated in a neighborhood with families who live here year-round. Accordingly, it is available for rent to families and responsible adults over the age of 25. No high school or college groups, “beach week,” or loud parties are permitted.
