You are going to love the Ocean Views from the huge ocean front balcony!

****Important**** Linens and towels are not provided with this rental. You will receive your check-in instructions with your final payment (about 30 days prior to your stay) and in there, you will find the bed sizes along with directions for ordering the linen package if you do not wish to bring your own.

In addition to the view, you'll enjoy the convenience of an easy walk to and from the beach for breaks and snacks. The owner has provided beach gear for guest use. You'll also have easy access to the large outdoor pool that is ready to keep you cool on those humid summer days!

This fabulous 2 BR, 2 BA unit can sleep 6. The master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom as a queen bed along with a full-sized futon. Both bedrooms have TVs. The full-sized kitchen is perfect for making those cost saving meals at home. The tastefully decorated unit gives you plenty of room to spread out and the large balcony is a nice extra living area. The balcony is also the perfect spot to relax and catch those cool summer breezes!

Located on 73rd street, the midtown location is perfect for traveling all throughout Ocean City and gives you easy access to Berlin via route 90. You will love all of the fantastic restaurants and family activities that are within walking distance or a short drive away!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit, which also includes the balcony.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* Check-in is 4pm and checkout is 10am.
* Linen & Towel Rental available upon request or guests can bring their own.
* This condo is on the 5th floor. Beachmark is an elevator building however, initial entry does require 1 flight of steps to get to elevator.
* One covered parking spot are provided.
* The outdoor pool is open between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Beachfront building.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 132nd street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

Beautiful 2-Bdrm Oceanfront

The condo was great... clean and taken care of. (and pool) We appreciated the ceiling fans, since we had to keep the A/C at 72... and when it was cool enough without the A/C. Kitchen well stocked w plates, cups, pans, etc. Love the balcony and balcony furniture... my favorite reading spot! Beachmark is the perfect location! Bathtubs a bit old, but okay. We had two separate issues with codes not working. First was arrival and couldn't get in the bldg. A call quickly resolved the problem, but why weren't we informed of a code change? Second (most frustrating and totally unacceptable... 2 calls to voicemail, 1 text, and 1 email... waited for a response) was our condo code stopped working. If my husband hadn't been inside, I have NO IDEA what I would've done. I didn't have my phone w me (on the beach)... really, what would I have done?! Quite upsetting.

Excellent Condo on the BEACH

It was great from beginning to end, excellent 2-bedroom/2-bathroom elevator condo, parking under the building, large deck with a perfect view of the beach & ocean. 100% recomendation, been coming to OC 50+ years, know what's great there.

Great beach getaway

This condo was perfect for my family, which included two young children. The condo balcony was really spacious and had a lot of seating for that perfect view of the ocean. Other than the tile floors being unevenly installed in the main loving area and my 3 yesr old kept stubbing his toes, the place was just what we needed. Also one pointer is that the parking spot for this condo is located under the building and we could not use the spot because we had a roof storage shell that prevented us from fitting under the building. There was enough street parking for pur stay.

Great stay

Downsides: Photos make the condo look bigger than it actually is. Small kitchen. They say to leave dishes clean and put away, but we couldn't find any dish soap to clean the dishes with. Makes me wonder how many tenants are actually cleaning the dishes. Upsides: Nice building right on the beach. Fantastic balcony. Nice size bedrooms. Nice fixtures and furnishings, especially compared to some other OC condos. Seamless check-in. Thanks for a nice weekend!

The condo was spotless, well appoint4d and well equipped. Great vie.

We enjoyed our stay. If the TV in the living room could have just been connected to cable, the stay would have been perfect. The internet kept going in and out and was so slow on that TV, not on my iPad. Changing a channels was painful. If it weren’t for that TV, we would never stay anywhere else.

Great views and short distance from beach!

This stay was excellent. The property manager was available for my on site questions. I'd definitely stay here again. Also, you can see the waves hitting the beach from the bed with your head on the pillow.

Wonderful Beach Front Property

My mom requested a beach trip. My husband and I were able to enjoy the beach while she liked sitting on the deck watching the waves. It was quiet and peaceful. I would book this condo again and recommend to others.

Nice place

We had a great experience with this direct ocean front property. Everything is as shown on the listing. Cleaning crew could pay a little more attention to the splashes on the side of the 2nd bedroom dresser, for instances. Door knob areas to the kitchen pantry could use some some close attention. But we were able to give it a quick Clorox wipe and it was fine for the remainder of the stay.

Nice condo on the beach

This is a clean and quiet condo with endless ocean view and sound from the gorgeous balcony. We got everything we needed with towels and bed linens we usually brought anyway for our vacation within driving distance.

Perfect stay

It was very clean, and spacious for our little family. We loved the balcony and spent most of our time out there eating all of our meals or whining down towards the end of the night while watching the waves. We even saw dolphins one morning while eating our breakfast. We also enjoyed the location to restaurants too. We will be staying here again!

Absolutely beautiful, clean condo with the most wonderful view of the ocean! Quiet and peaceful and located close to everything you will need. We so enjoyed our stay at this little touch of paradise and were so sad to leave. Reserving with Rhonda and David was great; they were wonderful. Don't pass this beauty by!

Perfect location

Awesome balcony and views

This property looks exactly like the pictures of it! The 6 large glass doors overlooking the beach were phenomenal. The balcony is large and well appointed and we often ate our meals at the tall table. We could watch the sun rise from the comfort of the king size in the master! I was a little concerned that the living room furniture would not be very comfortable, but this was not the case at all - very cozy (though we spent little time in the condo). The directions to operate the tv were clear and easy to follow. There is a good selection of movies and games, which we were not expecting. The managers of the property were responsive when we had a concern (the entry code needed reset). Though the kitchen was a bit worn, we were impressed by how well equipped it was - there was even a pizza slicer in the drawer! Note that there is a step stool in the utility closet - which we did not discover for a few days - but is needed to get to the glasses in the back corner of the cupboards. The unit is convenient to the beach and plenty of places to eat. We were able to walk to pick up postcards at a souvenir store and then to the post office to mail them. I'd image that when the pool is open it is more convenient to get out to the beach but off season you have to exit the "front" of the building and walk around the building to get to the beach. Our only con for the unit is the flooring in the main living space - though it looks really groovy, it is a tripping hazard as it has like 1/4 inch raised edges on the "boards." - we also had to wear shoes to around stubbing our toes, etc. You wont regret booking this condo!
