The Space:
Newly renovated large third floor apartment . Queen bedroom, private bathroom with stand up walk in shower. The new kitchen has a full sized oven and refrigerator. Large living room and separate office space provide plenty of space to work or relax. The Allenhurst is Dog friendly.

Guest Access:
This is a 3rd floor unit and requires 25 steps for access. Guests will be provided with check-in instructions and a personal keycode 3 days prior to and the day of arrival. The code will be the last 4 digits of your phone number. Upon check-in time, your keycode will activate. Simply enter the code into the keypad on the house front door and room door. Due to our meticulous cleaning standards, early check-ins or late check-outs can only be accommodated based on our turnover schedule. With that in mind, we cannot provide approval for early check-in, in advance. If your room is ready prior to check-in, we will let you know. Please message us with general questions or inquiries and we will respond within 24 hours. Existing and arriving guests that require immediate assistance should call our hotline which is included with our check-in / welcome messages and posted in our lobby. Emergent voice messages will be returned promptly by our staff.

Located in the heart of Ocean Grove and just a quick walk to Asbury Park, the Allenhurst is the ideal place to stay. Whether you're looking for a quite dinner on Main Ave. in OG or a vibrant night at the Asbury Boardwalk or down town strip, we've got you covered! Our location offers unparalleled access to everything that makes the Jersey Shore so special AND the ability to access the train to NYC with a 14 minute walk.

Getting Around:
We're in walking distance to everything. The beach, the boardwalk, live music venues, hundreds of restaurants, bars and shops are all only a few minutes away. We're also approximately 1/2 mile to the train station with access to NYC or a 30 minute Uber ride to the NYC Ferry.

Other Things to Note:
Quiet hours are strictly enforced: 10PM - 8AM. Beach passes can be purchased at a discounted rate using the QR code displayed in the lobby. We have a strictly enforced "No Unregistered Pets" policy. We allow 1 dog (less than 30LB) per unit for an additional cleaning fee of $100. Please be advised that interior hallways and exterior porches are monitored by video surveillance and noise monitoring systems.
Beach badges are available for purchase at a discount hotel rate by scanning the QR code in the lobby.
