Vårt hem är perfekt för en rolig packade strand semester eller en avkopplande vistelse vid kanalen.
För strandälskare, vi är två kvarter från direkt tillgång till en om de bästa stränderna i landet - kort promenad, ingen körning behövs. Njut av solen, bada, spela spel, titta på delfiner följer räktrålare, eller helt enkelt promenera från ena änden av ön till den andra.
Om du tar med din båt eller jet ski, kan du binda upp till vår brygga - tillgång till ICW är bara några sekunder bort. Vi har en två personer kajak så att du kan utforska den naturliga skönheten i Intracoastal och träsk.
Efter en dag av att spela eller koppla njuta av solnedgången på vår nya huvuddäck, eller övre däck - åt båda hållen solnedgångar är spektakulära.
På kvällen ta en kort promenad till Drift kaffe, restauranger, piren, barer, glass och snö kottar butiker, affärer surfa, stranden butiker, minigolf.
Om du vill bo i för natten eller nätter, då köket har tillräckligt med utrymme för att skapa en familj måltid och för er alla sitta ner och njuta av det. Känn dig fri att ta dina måltider utanför och äta ute på däck under stjärnorna.
När kvällen vindar kan du sitta i salongen eller flytta en trappa upp till 2: a vardagsrum (eller bara har barnen gå upp och spela styrelser spel medan föräldrarna har en tyst tid)
I praktiken har vårt hem tre sovrum och tre badrum.
Befälhavaren är nere och har en egen badkar, dusch och hans och hennes fåfänglighet. Detta sovrum öppnar upp till huvuddäck.
Det andra sovrummet är på övervåningen och öppnar upp till övre däck.
Det tredje sovrummet är på övervåningen och är super stor.
Den övre våningen sovrum delar badrum badkar / dusch med dubbla fåfänglighet.
Det finns en tredje badrum på nedervåningen. Ingen väntar när du kommer tillbaka från stranden.
Under huset finns ett picknickbord, utomhusdusch, kolgrill, hängmatta, och kajak med livet bevarare. Plus plats att parkera.

OIB best hosts and rental

We are on the road, back home ! We so enjoyed our stay. Everything was great. We have 5 grandsons and they all have had such fun with the outdoor tv, fishing, the games, the paddle boards, and kayaks. Couldn’t ask for more thoughtful hosts! We think we have found our favorite rental! Hope to be back real soon! TYSM

Wonderful vacation!

We really enjoyed staying here. The house is very nice and was perfect for our group of six, although the house can easily accommodate more people. The location is great, close enough to walk to the shops, and very close to the beach. We all enjoyed being outside and sitting on the decks enjoying the canal view while we had our coffee in the morning. Our trip started on the tail end of the recent hurricane and the hosts were very good with communicating with us about the weather conditions during those days before our trip began. Luckily, the weather had cleared by the time we got there on Saturday. Anyway, we love this place and will definitely stay here again!

Perfect!

In addition to being the cleanest rental I have booked, this house had it all. Boat dock, beach access at the top of the street, kayaks/paddle board… the list goes on. The house is spacious, lovely decor and well laid out to maximize space. The upstairs area can be closed off (with a door) for privacy, or for example, kids who might go to bed earlier. With three levels of outdoor space, you had your choice of relaxation spots and entertainment space in the sun or shade. I feel lucky to have found such a gem. Looking forward to staying again.

Perfect location

This truly was the best location with the best of both worlds having the canal behind you and the beach across the street. The house was immaculate ,comfortable, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Awesome House, Great Location

We loved this house for our family beach vacation! It was a great set-up for our group which was a mix of kids and adults. The location was fantastic, just minutes from the beach access, and the house came with everything we could've needed! Highly recommend!

Very-Very Nice!!

When you imagine the ‘perfect beach cottage’ this is the place you are thinking about. Furnished very cozy and beachy Ease of access to the beach. Really enjoyed being on the canal and having a dock as well as use of the paddle boards. Owners communicated exceptionally well and make everything super easy. Can’t beat it! Looking forward to staying there again next summer.

Even Nicer in Person !

This house was perfect for us in so many ways! The pics online are very pretty, but it is even nicer in person! It was extremely clean, beautifully decorated, with lots of space! The upstairs den with door was an added plus for our big family with various sleep schedules! My tweens and teen loved spending their time outside kayaking, paddle boarding, swinging, and fishing. There were plenty of life jackets and sand toys available to use. We all enjoyed the 2 very large, beautiful decks on the back of the house overlooking the canal- plenty of seating! The locations is a very short walk to the beach, and the center of town is also within walking distance. We enjoyed all the many free activities the town provided (art in the park, scavenger hunt, movie night, farmer market, ect.) I would definitely recommend this house to anyone ! We had a wonderful time ! 😃

Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at AbsoluTiki. There were 8 of us, including 3 children, and the property had plenty of room inside and outside on all levels. There are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a living/game area upstairs, and a bedroom with bath, another bathroom, living/dining area, and kitchen downstairs. The 3 bathrooms were nice! The porches were wonderful, as was the view of the canal and the sky at sunset! The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook. We loved the yard and area underneath the house and the beach was a short walk. The walk to the park, museum, and shops is a little longer, but definitely doable. We do recommend the museum and wish we had spent more time there! If you have small children (and we just happen to have a very active little one right now who loves to climb), there are a lot of stairs and no gates - we brought one gate but had to maneuver furniture in other places to block the stairs. There is a door on the top floor you can shut to block the stairs, so that was nice if we were upstairs playing. We highly recommend this house!

Perfection!

We had a great weekend at the beach, thanks to this great house and its owners! The house was spotless when we arrived and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. We spent a lot of time on the decks, enjoying the views and fun swings at the bar. We appreciated having the kayaks, stand up paddle boards, and beach chairs to use. It is a very short walk to the beach! The beds were comfortable and the upstairs blackout curtains were a nice touch. The owners were quick to repond, helped us with linens, and checked in several times to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definelty be back again. It is a very welcoming space that makes you want to stay even longer!

Fantastic vacation.

Everything you need in one place. Plenty of space, deck was wonderful. New bar area was nice - in the shade with a cooling breeze. Kids enjoyed fishing off of the dock. Great views. Close to the beach. Loved the Friday night band. Good local bars.

Wonderful Family Vacation Home

We so enjoyed our stay at your house. Everything was wonderful and we thank you for opening your home to us. We couldn't have asked for better supplies in the kitchen and the upstairs living space was great for our 2 kids to have a place of their own to play. Your home was very homey feeling and we felt comfortable. It was very clean which is something I look for at each house we have stayed at. The neighbors on both sides were great. We rented a golf cart so we rode everywhere around the island and our kids enjoyed that even though it was not far to the beach. We will definitely rent with you guys again next year. Thank you again!

Wonderful, perfectly stocked beach house!

We have stayed a week at the beach for many, many years and in many different houses. I have to say this house met all our expectations and is at the top of the houses we have stayed in. The owners truly thought of everything! Hangers in the closets! Bath mats in the bathrooms! Enough towel racks and hooks for bathroom and beach towels! Hand soap in the bathrooms and kitchen. These are all items I usually bring each summer! Didn't have to with this house. We also cook every single night and the kitchen had everything we needed. Some sharp knives would be helpful but that is seriously all we were missing. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms! Extra pillows, extra blankets! Loved the extra den and TV upstairs. Perfect for my teenagers. Enough seating on the upper and lower deck. A kayak as well and a hammock downstairs. Super close walk to the beach and to the shops/putt putt. Thank you for taking such care and thinking of everything your house needed to make our stay perfect!

Family summer fun

Our family had a wonderful time at your home. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. The layout of the home allowed my family to use the upstairs area and my sister and husband to have the bedroom downstairs. The kitchen had every possible thing you need to prepare meals. The dock was fun to set off the canoes. I even caught a few fish from the dock. We hope to get the house again in the fall.

Excellent getaway

My family and i had the best time staying at this beautiful home this past July! The owners are such awesome people, the home was very clean, and well stocked with items needed to make a vacation great. They even have a book made with the best restaurants and things to do. We thoroughly enjoyed the view from the deck and spent lots of time out there. The pictures on the website really cant show just how beautiful this place is.

Perfect getaway!

Had a great time with family for a reunion. 3 couples at our house and it was perfect. Clean, cute, comfortable. Plenty of space for alone time and good arrangement for small gathering with the deck and open space below. Family owns a house on the island, but this is a great option for extra space when needed so we will use it again!

Relaxing week

Our family had a great stay at this house. It was clean , accommodating and well equipped! The hammock downstairs is the perfect place to relax in the afternoons to escape the summer heat! Our family loved the short walk to the beach and hanging out on the deck in the evenings. We will definitely consider renting this house again.

Great Experience! Nice house, even nicer people!

My family had a wonderful experience at 17 Concord. The owners were super responsive and helpful. They went out of there way to accommodate our needs and make sure our questions were answered. We had a very minor plumbing issue when we first arrived, and they went out of their way to make sure it was taken care of promptly even though it really could have waited until after we left and not affected us at all...A+++. Our experience couldn't have been any better! We would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to vacation in the area. The house is in a great location on the canal, and very close to the beach. It is well furnished and very clean.

This is a great property for families wanting to rent a house for a week long vacation! This home has plenty of parking and covered area for storage and relaxation. Very well stocked with all the amenties to make it feel like home. Close proximity to beach access, pier and any other activities Ocean Isle has to offer. Beautiful deck over looking the inlet with a dock for fishing or storing jet ski or boat. Very clean and well decorated! We will be booking again!
