The kitchen exudes elegance with its tasteful décor and features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a convenient Keurig/drip coffee maker. Completing this floor are two full bathrooms and two bedrooms- both with King Beds.



Descend via stairs or elevator to the next level, where a secondary living space awaits, replete with yet another spacious sectional couch, sizable flat-screen Smart TV, and a handy wet bar boasting a sink and mini-fridge. Three additional bedrooms on this level offer private retreats, each accompanied by its own full bathroom—one hosting a King bed, one hosting a Full daybed and twin, and one designed with two twin singles, and a twin over twin bunk bed, providing ample sleeping space for youngsters. Also present on this level are a half bathroom and the laundry room, ensuring convenience for all occupants.



Further downward, on the ground floor, leading to the backyard is your very own tropical sanctuary. Cooler weather doesn’t have to mean skipping the pool! Add pool heat to your stay and keep those vacation vibes going.



Gas Pool Heat: $150/day during peak and off-season



When heated, pools typically reach a comfortable 80–84°F, depending on outdoor temperatures and weather conditions.



Pool heat is added for the full length of your stay, and since Mother Nature sometimes has plans of her own, exact water temperatures can’t be guaranteed.

The pool and/or spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All children must be supervised in the water at all times by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc. are allowed in or around the pool. Pools are serviced regularly, however please keep in mind that due to the tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.



We cannot guarantee the elevator will be working due to circumstances out of our control. Please read elevator instructions CAREFULLY before operating (found in the notebook at the home). User error will result in a $100 service charge. No children are allowed in the elevator without an adult. Use at your own risk.
