The unit features a queen bed in the bedroom, a set of bunk beds tucked into a hallway nook, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for your group. The open living area includes a dining table for six and a fully equipped kitchen with bar seating for two, making it easy to enjoy meals together after a day at the beach.
Step out onto the private balcony and take in panoramic views of the ocean and the pool deck below. It's the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with a drink as the sun sets. Guests have access to a seasonal community pool, a cold water outdoor shower, and a picnic area with Hibachi grills and picnic tables located on the east side of the building. The condo is equipped with central heat and air, a washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, secure Wi-Fi, and Chromecast TV for all your entertainment and comfort needs.
Ocean Cove condos are ideally situated directly facing the ocean, making them a popular choice for small families, anniversaries, or simply a quiet retreat by the sea. This property offers keyless entry for a smooth and convenient check-in experience. Please note that this unit does not have a golf cart outlet.
*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.* All units are non-smoking, and pets and golf carts are not allowed at this complex.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
In the event of cancellation, refunds will only be issued if the property is re-rented for the same dates and rental rate. If re-rented, all payments will be refunded, less a our administrative and convenience fee.
If the property is not re-rented, all payments are forfeited.
This cancellation policy supersedes VRBO’s platform settings and applies to all reservations booked through Williamson Realty Vacations.
