Vårt vackra strandhus har en fri utsikt över havet från köket, vardagsrummet och från täckt däck. Stranden ligger tvärs över gatan med offentlig tillgång till stranden. Det är väldigt lätt luftigt känns inuti. En 9 "glidande panel glasdörr har installerats stranden. Köket har renoverats med nya rostfria vitvaror, diskmaskin, granitbänkskivor, backplatta, frukostbar och en andra drinkkylskåp på nedervåningen. Nya möbler och sängar i alla rum, platt-TV i vardagsrummet och ett sovrum. Ny belysning i hela. Välkommen till "ny känsla" 82 E 2nd Street. Gör er att känna sig hemma. Ligger på hörnet av East Second Street och Concord Street. Detta hem ligger mittemot den offentliga stranden och ligger bara några kvarter från centrum av ön, med restauranger, affärer och minigolf. Njut av en kvällsresa till lokala restauranger, affärer, brygga och underhållning.

Ocean Isle

We loved the house, unfortunately due to Tropical Storm Debby, we only stayed for 3 days. But we loved how close the house was to the beach and so easy to access. The house was great, we especially loved having two bathrooms. We had five of us total so it made it easier. Hopefully we will be able to stay longer next time.

Great location, nice home

We loved the location! It’s a very short walk across the street to the public access beach area. The beach itself was not too crowded nor was the ocean too rough. Plenty of seashells to search through! The house was very clean and had everything that was promised in the listing. There were 2 couples and 1 child on our trip, and we had plenty of room for another couple with children. Good water pressure in the shower. We would definitely stay here again!

Convenient Location

Really convenient location as the house is a block away from the public access. The house, especially the kitchen, had everything that we needed for the week. Some nicer, newer updates like the flooring and appliances.

Annual family vaca

Every summer we come to OIB this week in June, but this is our first time renting a beach house and it was so nice to have lots of room to spend family time in the house and downstairs in the wonderful patio area. We will be reaching out to stay here next year for sure!!!

Birthday Week

Perfect location and the back Poarch sitting was amazing. Walking distance to downtown and the Friday night summer concert! Jack and JiIl bathrooms between the bedrooms was great. Comforters and mattresses do need replaced. We had a wonderful low key weekend celebration for my husbands 60th birthday with Friends.

Great Place to Stay

The house was wonderful! Less than a block from the public beach access, and walkable to the park, ice cream and restaurants. The house was perfect for our family of four and we loved our week in OIB. Sabine was very responsive, and left great local recommendations. We would absolutely stay here again!

Plenty of room for 2 families; Easy walk to beach, even with small kids

We came with 4 adults and 3 kids for a few days. This space was great for what we needed. Our favorite part was the proximity to the beach - a very short walk, even with little kids. Two porches, and lounging area under the house and a stone backyard with fire pit give you plenty of room for a group. We weren’t able to use the fire pit or backyard area due some major fire ants, but it didn’t interfere with our plans. The hosts were lovely, very communicative and easy to work with if anything came up. We had everything we needed for a weekend at the beach. If you’re going during peak beach season, plan meals ahead. Restaurants, on the weekends, seem to fill up early with very long waits, and even take out took a very very long time. We were able to cook in the home, as an alternative, which was perfect! Lots of things are walkable - ice cream, coffee/breakfast, few restaurants, park and splash pad, etc. Great beach and rental for families.

Beach / Golf Getaway

Great beach house for a weekend golf getaway with friends. The outside is truly the winning feature of this house. Really enjoyed hanging out on the rockers as well as using the fire pit. Great place to just relax, unwind, and catch up with friends. Great location to golf in Calabash and Ocean Isle. Kitchen upgrades were really nice. Would recommend getting some baking pans for the oven (at least we couldn't find any). Great unique uses of old drawers for tables/shelves. Everything was in great shape and easily found. Nice comfortable place for 4 adults.

Charming home, great host!

We had a great stay! Love the location and the space in the back yard. Family room is kinda tight for 5+ but that would be my only complaint. Sabine is incredibly nice and very responsive! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Sabine!

In the action, full functioned and cozy for 2

Very central Ocean Isle with a short-walk to the beach and plenty nearby. The place is very tastefully designed and missing nothing. Good recent upgrades in the kitchen with a nice deck to take it all in. It is not for those needing 'round the clock quiet. The 2 streets (and adjacent public parking) keep things active from early to late. Super easy in & out.

Wonderful Stay at OIB!

We have been coming to OIB for 20 years or more and have always stayed at our family beach house. This year our kids brought friends to the beach with them so we decided to rent our own house and could not have been more happy with this house. Even after being used to our own family home this house did disappoint. The kids had a great time, it was actually closer to the beach and the area under the house was great to hang out with the kids! Sabine was very responsive and always answered my questions honestly and accurately. I would recommend this house to anyone interested in coming to OIB!! Thanks for a great stay! The Stevens Family

Great House, Great Location

Great Place to Stay

Great vacation house!

This was a great little home. Bedrooms were a good size. Kitchen well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. Very close to the beach. Nice porch with rocking chairs. We could sit and listen to the waves hitting the shore. Would recommend highly.

Great Location!

The property was in direct line with the public beach access which was nice and the walk was minimal. House was clean and neat. We spent most of our time at the house on the breezy back porch and the seating underneath the house. Overall experience at this house was great. We would recommend this property as a good choice to stay and enjoy what Ocean Isle has to offer.
